We went through the drive thru Saturday night of Harborfest in Oswego on 104 E. They were having an issue with their system and lost orders. The manager was able to retrieve our order when I explained that we had waited in line for 45 minutes after placing a mobile order. He went above and beyond. He not only upgraded the size, he was so incredibly kind and understanding. I have never received that kind of nice attitude at a fast food restaurant before. I would give him 10 stars...
Made my morning a whole lot brighter! They were busy this morning but still got everyone's order in the drive through in an efficient and professional manner. Super upbeat and friendly staff at the windows. Made THE BEST bacon egg and cheese bagel I have ever had!!!! 10/10
YALL ALWAYS UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT WHEN I ORDER EXTRA PICKLE. YOU LOAD THAT B UP W PICKLES AND I HOPE GOD REWARDS YOU THE WAY YOU HAVE REWARDED ME WITH THE HEAVY PICKLE. I love pickles so much. May god bless you throughout your journeys.
