The website is misleading and the customer service is lacking. Classic bait and switch of advertising a low room rate on a weekday not making it clear that Splash indoor water park is not open Monday-Thursday. I had several children and adults expecting a birthday celebration that are now disappointed. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was offered an up-charge of 50% on 3 rooms to move to a weekend or a change to half the offer for a 25% up-charge.
I was wrongfully charged a smoking charge to my room after my stay a neighboring room was smoking and a complaint was made. somehow it was determined it was our room. when we called to inquire as to why we were charged we were told that it was housekeeping determination that it was our room that was smoked in even though we never smoked. the manager refused to do any further investigation into determining the nature of the smoke and stuck us with the bill. when we said we would...read full review
Will never stay here again. After a six hour drive all I wanted was a bite to eat. Went down to the restaurant and was told by a rude, obnoxious hostess she could not accommodate a party of 2. Even with available tables. When I enquired she said oh I can seat you but your food will be an hour. Went across the street and was seated immediately. Don't waste your time here.
