I usually have to drive out to Syracuse for good sushi... but no more!! I cannot stress how fresh and flavorful everything is here... still as we drive away im dreaming of our next visit. the fish wasnt that stale 2 days in the fridge stiffness... it melts in your mouth. not sold? I am very sure the woman behind the counter is the sweetest human ive ever met- she truly truly wants to make good food and shes doing just that. we WILL be back.

We stopped in for some quick Ramen but was pleasantly surprised. We are not from the area and this place is located next to 2 beautiful rooftop resturants but dont sleep on this spot. We had our 1 yr old with us and everyone was so kind. The tankatsu Ramen was amazing. We got the red and green roll and was made right in front of us. The red roll was my favorite.

We had an incredible experience at Fuse! Tiel, the owner, is such a gem—he even recommended amazing spots to visit in the area. I think I just had the best summer drink ever—bursting with fresh strawberries and crafted with love! 🥰 The sushi was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
