We were here working for a week and there’s limited food options in this town we ordered five different times breakfast lunch or dinner and we had missing items 4 times food was cold and fries are absolutely terrible here avoid this McDonalds if you can l was ordering for six people

It's a McDonald's but don't expect your food correct 100 percent of the time. We go often and go drive in, inside, and even app pick-up. It is NOT consistent. Some employees are great, others could care less.

My father and I went to the Ovid,NY location and made our order thru the drive-thru got to the window and paid for our under 20.00 food, my dad still has a cold meaning an almost non existant voice and had to speak up.. they said that he was screaming he was NOT .. the order was SUPPOSED to be for 2 sausage mcmuffins, 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, 2 hash browns and our drinks..the order they put in was for 3 sausage , egg and cheese mcmuffins, 2 hash browns and our drinks.. we have had MISSING ITEMS way too often from this place and NOW we are BANNED from that location. ( I USED to work there and it was NOT like that ) I have spent on a few occasions close to 100.00 and this is how they treat their customers, it is bull ****
