Got gluten free garlic bread and gluten free cinnamon sticks. The garlic bread tasted like cinnamon and was gross bc they cut it right after the cinnamon sticks.
Update: now the owner is claiming I don’t know what cinnamon taste like. Because that nasty garlic bread sure tasted like my cinnamon bread. Also contact the store like I dead when I got 10 day old fermented marinara yet you guys continue to give old marina calling ain’t changing anything. You guys don’t just make one mistake all I hear about from people is all the mistakes you make. If it wasn’t for your gluten free pizza I definitely wouldn’t buy food here again.

I placed my order, webisite said 15-20 minutes ended up showing up 30 minutes later had to wait an extra 15 minutes, I sat there deeply regretting my decision ordering my food there, I watched food get prepared with no gloves, no hair net and no beard net, gloves are required at-least while preparing food that is already made ready to eat only to get home convincing myself to be a better person and eat the food ended up finding hair in my salad
12/15/24 - I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I’m editing my post because I’m just saddened yet unsurprised at how I was just treated- being called a liar I’ve always added the photo of the team member wearning NO GLOVE, NO HAIRNET AND NO BEARDNET and hats don’t do any good when u have a beard to there no suck thing as a beard hat

Ordered on a Saturday night for pickup and was told 30-40 mins. Over an hour later and still waiting. Finally got the pizza and wings, but certainly nothing special. Overpriced is an understatement. Never again!

The staff was super helpful and friendly! I was able to get a dairy-free pizza here with minimal hassle despite it not being on the menu. And the pizza was delicious.

We got our food in under 45min from time of ordering. After reading some reviews, we got a bit worried and called the place. Staff were very friendly, including the delivery person, and updated us of the order status. Food was good, although a bit on the greasy side. Prices are fair, especially since they are like the only place around that delivers. Overall we recommend this place. Maybe there are times when things didn't go as well for other reviewers, but we had a great experience.

A group of friend and I ordered food over an hour ago, decided to call after an hour and was told it would be done 30 minutes later! We ordered at 4:30pm and is now 5:45pm will not be expected to be delivered until after 6pm. DO NOT RECOMEND ORDERING FOR DELIVERY. The lady on the phone put us on "hold" and did not seem very pleasant!! We are very disappointed and hangry. ?

I just ordered pizza. The person was late and said they got lost and could not find our house. Yest they have been here severalbtimes before. They didn't even call to ask where we lived. The pizza was not hot but warm and tasted nasty. Garlic knots were nasty and so soft. And the cinnamon knots tasted gross as well. Ovid NY Pats is worthless.
