I just ordered pizza. The person was late and said they got lost and could not find our house. Yest they have been here severalbtimes before. They didn't even call to ask where we lived. The pizza was not hot but warm and tasted nasty. Garlic knots were nasty and so soft. And the cinnamon knots tasted gross as well. Ovid NY Pats is worthless.

Please don’t go. Cheeseburger Mac was not edible! Wings undercooked and bloody, pizza was ok. Service was awful and it was very expensive. Won’t be back!

The people were just kind but my calzone was horrible most of the meat I have to throw away it's too hard I can't chew it. The sausage is chewable but gross the ham is extremely hard and bacon hard as well pepperoni is only meat that was decent. Really disappointed to find it almost impossible to eat it. Not sure why it was so bad they used to be the best

The pizza was ridiculously good. Had the old world with the recommended hot honey drizzle and it might be my new favorite! If I had one request though, some metal knives and forks would make it easier to cut up my kids slices. Friendly staff and everything was clean and well maintained.

Not even worth the 1 star! I have tried giving them chances but numerous times now I have been completely dissatisfied. I have received raw, bloody chicken wings (ordered for my son thank gosh I checked first), a pizza ordered was still uncooked dough in the middle, and this time I ordered a turkey club sub and it came with 2 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon ? like seriously, it had no sauce which I requested ranch and Italian dressing and got neither, the green peppers looked like the whole pepper was just cut in 4 pieces and put on my sub. This will be the last order I place at this establishment!

The wings were undercooked. Still pink in the middle, and I asked for crispy, well done. This can be dangerous considering it's chicken.
I asked specifically for crumbled sausage and got sliced instead. Apparently the workers don't look at special instructions?!?!? What is the point of the special instructions if you don't look at it or let the costumer know you don't have it!

Took 53 minutes to get our order. We finally went up to counter to ask about it and they said they couldn't find serving container! We told them it was to eat there and they finally boxed it up as a to go order and brought to us. We'd ordered wing dinners. Wings were over cooked and way too crispy and no sauce! They gave containers of sauce on the side that were cold. The fries were great, though. We had some garlic fried bread pieces also, and they were ok. There were 3 or 4 young kids working the kitchen, they didn't seem to be on top of things. We heard a person come to pick up a pizza and hey complained that he'd ordered an hour ago and it still wasn't ready. Just not a very good place, and we won't be trying again.

The manager last night was absolutely great! We came in pretty close to closing time but he made us two fantastic subs. We sat outside while he cleaned up, and didn't at all make us feel unwelcome. Thank you so much! We had an extremely long day moving our son into Ithaca dorms and didn't have dinner until 9 at night. We were tired, emotional and hungry
