Got coffee here with my wife again. Love the location and decor inside. Was surprised to hear people have had an issue with the owner, I have had several pleasant interactions with Connie and I've never had an issue. Always grab a bag to go!

UPDATED- I did update this establishment for a 3/5 instead of my original 2 stars. The owner did reach out and offered to make it right which I do appreciate. We didn’t have time to go back, but I did appreciate the offer. It seems as though the owner truly does care about her customers and the service, I just wish our experience would have been different.Original- Stopped in for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, we are from out of town and thought we would give this place a try. I always try supporting local when I can but this place truly is a miss. Sandwiches were decent, coffee was super watered down and had no taste. The worst part of all is how we were treated. The lady at the counter was extremely rude from the start. She truly couldn’t be bothered with anything. Not having been here before, we had questions about the menu of which she could barely be bothered to answer. Zero customer service skills, couldn’t understand why having customers come into a business would warrant such a poor attitude. We will be searching for a better breakfast establishment tomorrow. This one truly isn’t worth it in any aspect.

My friend ordered a coffee and was given a 16oz cup (which is very large) and the coffee didn’t even reach the top. After seeing this, I decided that I would ask for my Americano to be made in the smaller available cup, which was a 12oz. I ask this because I don’t like when they water Americanos down too much. The barista looked at me like I was crazy, and insisted that she could ONLY give me my drink in the 16 oz as the 12 oz were JUST for espressos. We went back and forth on this for a bit, I was just trying to understand why. Then out of nowhere, the barista announced to me, “if my boss comes in and sees me give you an americano in a smaller cup, I’ll lose my job. I don’t need to lose my job, I need this job”. Obviously my intent is not for you to lose your job, but your whole system is flawed. In the end, I asked her to give me a double shot espresso in the 12oz with a bit of hot water…which is just an americano ? maybe she doesn’t know that? The coffee taste was decent, but the other drinks weren’t made the best - for example out lattes had no foam, and they were way too hot to drink. The food was meh. It was pretty pricy, and I think it might be store bought. Heating up is just code for microwaved.I read more reviews about this place, and the grumpy barista seems to pop up a lot. Is this the same woman that everyone has had a run in with? The business also seems to be pretty good with responding to negative reviews, and they usually suggest for you to go back and have an interaction with Connie (the owner). Is Connie the grumpy barista, is she the owner, is this a time warp? I need answers.

The chocolate pretzel should be recommended warm. The drink - chai latte was too sweet.

Very cute place. Seemed a little pricey, but that could be because I'm not from this area.Pastry was good, not amazing, but it was an interesting thing to try (leek and Parmesan).Staff was kind, helpful, and informative. They have the standard selection of coffees/espresso drinks and pastries. They also have some local art for sale.Adorable atmosphere. I would have loved to stay and soak it all in, but we were on our way to another place.

Stopped in to do some computer work while in town for the weekend. Signs up for free wifi, worker didn’t know password and seemed annoyed that I even asked for it. Told me to connect to library which is a block away. Computer couldn’t even pick it up. Latte was good, sandwich average. Just post your wifi password it’s not a state secret!

Don't waste your time. My wife and I are in the area for a weekend getaway on the lake and to attend the nascar race. We'd rather shop and eat local so we decided on Seneca Coffee House. On top of the food being sub par, the service was horrific. The woman working behind the counter had a terrible attitude from the start. We felt like we were an inconvenience to her and her day. Everything was an eye roll and a huff under her breath. She even went as far as to say to me "Jesus christ" went I asked for milk instead of half and half for my wife's tea. I know we all have bad days but this lady was a poor representation of this business. I can deal with ok food but not bad service. 8/19/23

Great coffee finally! Travelling around the finger lakes…. Not easy to find a cappuccino let alone a good one. The oatmeal and raisin cookie was yummy too!

We generally make a stop here.. cause we love coffee shops. It’s very nice shopWith an great bathroom. Nicely decorated. And they have a few seats outside. Coffee is good. I like the mochas. Have not yet tried the food. They seem to be open daily at this time which is nice. Hours are decent.

So I love coffee, and the coffee that was made was ok. It did the trick, but there was nothing to write home about. We got breakfast sandwiches that where over priced for something that was just thrown into a microwave.I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day, but she didn't seem interested in our business... which is a new experience.
