“Ordered takeout and food was ready within 20 mins! I’ve been wanting to try Pelicana, but Mad for Chicken is better in comparison imo. The food was slightly disappointing (-1 for forgetting to include my radish ?), chicken wasn’t super crispy, and the prices were on the higher side for the quality. I buy about 5 chicken burgers a week from them, 4 out of 5 times they ARE a little tough, as they probably have been sitting out for a while.

The Spicy Hot Chicken Meal, is excellent. You just need lots of sauce for it, as it is dry rub. Great for the price.

Mashed potatoes are amazing, just wish there was more gravy, and the biscuits lacked flavor. But great consistency, temp and quality.“

By the time you get it home it’s usually soggy and not as crispy as you’d want it butttt… This Chicken Holiday has always been consistent when it comes to keeping their chicken crispy! Been coming here for a couple years now and they never disappoint. We usually get only breasts and fries and they’re delicious every single time. We do Nathan’s fries since they’re crispy and soft at the same time, plus who doesn’t love the little red pitchforks that come with them. Besides the food being good and always on point, the best part is their customer service. On 2 separate occasions I just so happen to spark up a convo with the people at the counter, I’m guessing it was the owners on both occasions. Very friendly, incredibly generous and you can tell they care. Will keep coming back for sure ??“

“Really enjoyed the chicken there. Very good. They have the coca cola Freestyle machine which was a huge plus. Love that machine cause i can't get Mello Yello anywhere else but this machine. Nothing to complain about and will def go back.“

“I have always said that the service should be complete, especially in the food sector, and I really like the food at this place, but especially the attention they always provide, I could only talk about Miss Edith, since every time I come she is 100% attentive and kind, she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to offer options. She is the only one who makes this place a pleasure to always come to eat or take away. But I must also clarify that when the other person who serves is there on the days that Edith is not there, I prefer to turn around and go somewhere else, I do not like to enter a place where they do not even greet you and are not friendly. “Finally a place where the spiciest level is actually spicy. Food overall is simple and delicious. Waffles and tenders was our favorite. Spicy tenders were on point. Fries when re-toasted at home were good (otherwise get soggy) and comes with a cheese sauce. Mac-n-cheese was no good and shake (Coal miners daughter) was watery.Location is on a busy Huntington road and if you get curbside pick up, they will bring it out to your car. Just be ready for some cars honking at you for double parking. Also double check your order. The shake was missing in mine.“

“I was literally having the worst day of my life today and all I wanted was a kfc bowl made a certain way and the guy made it for me no problem and I asked for extra gravy with my mashed potatoes and he gave me extra for sure- thank you kfc!!!“

“This coffee shop is great! I like the atmosphere, it’s cozy and is pretty spacious. The coffee is really good and strong. I had a regular cup of drip coffee, but will consider their lattes next time. Owner is super kind. Definitely recommend this shop!“

“If you're picking up dinner, Grand Avenue in Baldwin is a great place to hit around 4-4:30. Not crowded, food is freshly prepared and I'm always greeted with a smile. Manager runs an excellent shift!!! Dining area is spotless, definitely well cleaned yo Covid19 standards. It was always well maintained, but you can clearly see they adhere to new stricter cleaning standards. Prices have gone up (what else is new, like everywhere else). There is no more 8 piece bucket specials, but occasionally there is an app deal which includes a free sandwich or once I bought a deal which included a drink in a soft storage pack. Nonetheless, it's worth the trip and the extra dollars!“
