I recently visited this Carvel and ordered a serving of their banana foster ice cream, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The ice cream served to me was incredibly unpresentable, resembling more of a sloppy mess than a delicious dessert. It was evident that little care went into its preparation.Firstly, the ice cream lacked any semblance of proper presentation. Instead of being neatly scooped into a cup and the bananas cut to be layered, the whole banana was haphazardly cut in half and placed on top of the ice cream, resembling a careless afterthought rather than a well-crafted dessert. The syrup/ Carmel was melting unevenly, creating a messy puddle that was anything but appetizing.Moreover, the flavor was utterly disappointing. Instead of the rich, indulgent taste I was expecting from banana foster ice cream, what I received was a bland and uninspired concoction.It seemed as though the employee had merely thrown together some vanilla ice cream with a two halves of banana and a splash of caramel sauce, completely missing the mark on the flavor profile of banana foster.Overall, my experience with the banana foster ice cream at Carvel was highly disappointing. The lack of care and attention to detail in both the presentation and flavor of the dessert left me feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed. I hope that Carvel takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of their products and the training of their employees to ensure that all customers receive the high standard of service they expect and deserve.

I actually like carvel cake, the older woman that works there is very nice and friendly, I don’t like that other young middle aged looking women, she looks maybe 26? She’s kinda rude and gives very little servings. Other than that the place is good.
