Carvel offers delicious banana foster ice cream and beautifully designed birthday cakes. Customers appreciate the friendly and clean cashier service, especially from the older woman staff. However, some find that the younger employees give smaller servings. Overall, the staff provides excellent customer service with a smile, making it a pleasant experience for all visitors.
