I ordered large ice coffee light and sweet and I also gave her free beverage coupon but she didn't scan my coupon and after I ordered a donut she charged me for both items donut and ice coffee and I didn't get my coffee light and sweet I got it only light not suger....it was too bitter for me. I think they've need more trained employees.

There prices here is always more. Its all about location i guess. Ive had an issue where the staff put way too much sugar told her about it so she can make me a new one. Instead she pours some out and adds coffee. She gave me back the cup with coffee leaking on the outside( since now the cups are paper. Would you want to bring coffee for your boss if they gave it to you like that.) All she had to do was make a new cup for their mistake.
