“All I have to say is after a night out, drinks and a good time, there was a minor slip up however, Manager Nick did everything in his power to make it right!!! I am a major advocate of customer service and this gentleman is a prime example of that!! He sets the standard of what is expected and the reason why I will continue to be a life long customer!!! “I was impressed by the cleanliness, and great customer service of this White Castle. The location was decent when I left New York 17 years ago and has gotten better since. I ordered a chocolate milk with my meal. The guy at the window gave me a straw and asked if I wanted a spoon. I remember being able to drink a shake through a straw (Pause). Shake was thick, and good. I ended up using a spoon for it. When I return to New York this will continue to be one of my go to White Castle locations.“

“The usual stuff except this time the other cell that buy one and you get one free so I brought two and I got two free got some fries and two Cokes large of course put them home give them to Mom service was the usual prompt tortillas courteous no issues“

“Gentleman who worked there was extremely nice. I placed an order online and realized some issues with the order after it was placed. They answered the phone and was able to make the corrections to make sure I received the order right.When I went to pick up the order I was greeted immediately. The place was clean, and I was in and out quick with my order. Definitely would order again!“
