Just stopped in on a whim, didn't expect it to be busy for this time of year at 8:30pm, but there were a few cars in the drive-thru & 5 customers inside ahead of my son and I... and only one employee was working! This would normally be a recipe for disaster, but this young man didn't complain and went above and beyond to provide exemplary service. The kid deserves a raise, if not, at least some help. Worth the wait regardless.
Best DD ever! Employees are great! The place is clean and so is the bathroom! Thanks to the employee of the year who clocked in before her schedule to get me a coffee while others were busy! You are the best!
The sweet cashier Kaylana, made my first Baskin Robbins experience a pleasant one! I’m visiting from Florida, and she was so patient and had excellent customer service skills. Thank you for making my ice cream!
