Drive thru person was rude. After sitting in a long line got around to be told to pull ahead and wait for our order. Then after waiting for four cars to get around us had our food brought out and thrown in my lap. Ordered four sandwiches and two hash browns. Received five sandwiches two hash browns in actual bags and three unopened hash brown bags and a bunch of hash browns poured into the bags that was thrown in my lap.
Terrible service, careless workers. Stood at the register for 15 minutes. Had 3 staff come tell me someone would be right with means they continued to just take drive thru orders and ignore me. Finally gave up and left. Next night I ordered “on-the-go” half an hour before I got there and requested that it be made when I placed the order, not when I got there. Didn’t start making the order until I got to the window and it took 10 minutes to make a coffee and grab some munchkins....read full review
