I don't know why this Dunkin has changed so badly.At first the service was good, the food was good, and the drinks were right.In the past 2 years it's really gone downhill. They've messed up food and drinks multiple times, the bacon I order is cold EVERY time even when ordered hot (yes I've had to ask them to make sure it is hot) They just microwave it or reheat it so it's an awful texture. The inconsistency in drinks is ridiculous. I can order the same drink and get it made a million different ways. (I usually order a frozen cocoa or regular cocoa) and it's always watered down, or my frozen drink won't have chocolate drizzle and the next time it will (yes even when I special request it).Yes they are busy, but the service is consistently poor, the quality is bad, and I'm so tired of being patient and giving the staff time to fix issues when they consistently treat customers poorly and act inconvenienced that customers even exist.Do yourself a favor and skip this Dunkin and go straight to the one across from 7-11 and next to Baskin Robbins in Painted Post. They have much better service, attitudes, and quality drinks and food.

Almost every time I go to dunkin my orders get screwed up.. today is the last day I will be going to this dunkin. I got the wrong coffee (happened many times previously & I ordered 2 donuts was charged for 2 but only received one. (Also has happened previously.) How many mistakes need to be made before things change.

Worst Dunkin ever!! Highly suggest just driving by and find another! Never have your order correct or ready, place is dirty, donuts dried out, never have the lights on inside anymore. Rude and extremely slow staff! Have permanently lost my business!

When we go into store at 8:50pm. We shouldn’t get turned away when the store is open until 9:00pm. “I’m sorry we cleaned our machines already”! Horrible

Ordered two donuts. As expected mediocre chain donuts. And two espressos. Got two lattes. Paid for two lattes. Staff said lattes have espresso in them. I know that.Only reason I went in was because it was at a stop for a road trip.Never again.Lousy experience. Lousy staff. Lousy attitude.
