Almost every time I go to dunkin my orders get screwed up.. today is the last day I will be going to this dunkin. I got the wrong coffee (happened many times previously & I ordered 2 donuts was charged for 2 but only received one. (Also has happened previously.) How many mistakes need to be made before things change.
i am a frequent customer of this location and there has only been one employee that has decent customer service skills. the rest are all very dismissive and don’t bother with the customers. i do online orders most of the time and over half of the time i order something they don’t have at least one thing i ordered. they are always out of something.

I don't know why this Dunkin has changed so badly.At first the service was good, the food was good, and the drinks were right.In the past 2 years it's really gone downhill. They've messed up food and drinks multiple times, the bacon I order is cold EVERY time even when ordered hot (yes I've had to ask them to make sure it is hot) They just microwave it or reheat it so it's an awful texture.
