“This is the closest Taco Ball to my house, and I usually pick up mobile orders through the drive through. My orders are correct 9/10 of the time, and the staff is always very friendly. Today I stopped in to eat.

I was immediately taken aback by how clean and organized the place was. There was none of that usual fast food grit, and the staff was cleaning counters, floors, and cabinets when I picked up my food. My tacos were way better than usual, super crispy and cheesey cantina chicken tacos. Usually I rush to eat in a fast food dining room, but I was very comfortable taking my time eating and enjoying my meal. The kitchen seemed to be running smoothly, drive through orders were coming out quickly from how fast cars were rolling through, and none of the employees I saw looked haggard and miserable. Obviously I can't know if that is true without talking to them, but an overworked and miserable employee has a certain look to them. None of this staff had that look.

A staff member who I have to assume was the manager, Kallie, came by to check on me while she cleaned and introduced herself. I was just telling a friend through text that I needed to leave a review when she did, so that really sealed the deal.

I don't know what is going on at this location, but I hope they keep it up. I would go out of my way for this level of service and cleanliness without question. Their drive through service was already fantastic but this is the best dining room experience I've had at a fast food joint in years.“

“Texas girl who moved to the area and missing all of the Tex-Mex back home. Fiesta Brava is the best and closest thing to Texas Tex-Mex that I've come across so far. The place is now my go-to when I need some Mexican food. Salsa is flavorful and has some kick (thank goodness). Dinners are good sized and tasty. Their rice is so good!, it's a plate-filler in so many other restaurants, but theirs is really good. Service is friendly. Full bar is good. Prices are good. They also have lunch specials. Just a really solid place to get Tex-Mex.

Parking: They're on the busiest street in Corning, so choices can be limited at peak times. Street parking right in front of the restaurant, or additional parking behind restaurant.“

“I had my first visit a few weeks ago after my haircut appt on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered a burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. The burrito was massive. I had half for lunch and the other half for dinner. It was DELICIOUS. I had my order to go but inside was nice - the ambiance was cool and casual and definitely a spot I would dine in for a casual afternoon lunch. I just recently moved back to the area (I grew up in Elmira) after living in Philadelphia for 20 years and have been looking for good lunch spots especially one where I can find a good burrito that is easy on my stomach.
