Natalie the morning worker was giving attitude/ being rude to customers. It was very obvious to customers and worker that this was happening. I order avacado toast with bacon and she didn’t put bacon on the first time so I politely asked if she could fix it and she dumped bacon on it and then threw the avacado toast on the counter and gave me a dirty look. Then gave attitude to another worker. Very disgusted with this worker.

Order a latte with almond milk. 10min later I finally got my order and the tag said “milk” on it. I asked if it was almond or regular and the girl said “idk, what does it taste like?” I’m sorry what!? Yes let me taste it and see if I have a severe allergic reaction in your store.

This dunkin is comically bad. Awful every single time. Tea tastes like coffee, coffee tastes like water. You can ask them to remake your drink, but even then, it’ll somehow be worse in new and interesting ways. Just get a nespresso and save yourself the frustration

Oh Dunkin... I have never been to a Dunkin that didn't sell apple fritters. My pup loves those things. How can you leave Apple fritters off the menu? Before to say my pup wanted me to give you a single star review. No fritters cost me two glazed! I'm not sure it was a fair trade but who am I to argue with the dog? People look at me funny when I argue with my dog.

Every single time my coffee taste burnt. It’s disgusting. Take the 15 minute drive to Fultonville cause they do it right every single time. They also don’t over charge you for substitutions unlike Palentine. I spend 8 bucks on a latte I expect it to be made correctly. Also very rude staff.

The cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked if there were any extra donuts coming in from the back when ordering 2dz. We wanted a large variety for a morning get together. The manager ended up rolling out a fresh rack with more options available.

I come to this Dunkin and often order the same thing today I brought my kids I ordered my usual however my daughter decided she wanted to go in and order her own things with her chore money when getting to the window I payed for my order and requested extra cream cheese that I had paid for and was told no because it was already placed on my bagel I said ok thanked them n pulled to the front to wait for my daughter my daughter came out n was upset because the women that made my bagel proceeded to speak badly about me after I drove away not only in front of customers but my 11 year old daughter this women usually has a attitude when I come due to her actions and comments about I’m almost embarrassed to show my face there and buy anything (also this is the extra cream cheese she said she provided)

Every single time I ordered at this Dunkin’ Donuts, they messed up my order. The girls at the counter are beyond rude. I will never order at this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again went three days in a row, and all three days the orders were messed up. The girl behind the counter has pissy attitude and don’t know a damn thing about customer service. I would much rather wait in line at McDonald’s for them to mess up my order.
