“From the parking lot, it looks like this Subway is closed because it is behind a vacant store front. However, once you get inside, it quite spacious. The food is like any other Subway, so nothing amazing -- but pretty good. Everything we had was fresh and well prepared, and the quality of the service was good.”

“Being from NYC and Jersey, I know some pretty good Chinese food. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting much from a Chinese restaurant in Palatine. Let’s just say I was blown away. Food was fantastic. Pricing was on point. Not to mention they also have a Thai menu? You can’t find that anywhere here. This place is severely underrated. Food was perfect, made quickly, and I highly recommend to anyone in this area.”

The bread was really fluffy and the sandwich was full of flavor. The blueberry pop tart Oh man what a treat, the crust had great texture and the blueberry filling was definitely something ooey gooey!Also, the I think owner chatted with me and I was really comfortable and we talked about learning to cook new and different recipes and spices and flavors. The real seal of approval is my husband really liked everything too.”

“Soooooo good! Friendly owners. Family style. They come take your drink order then start bringing over plates loaded with lead shaped waffles, silver dollar pancakes and sausage links. On the table is their home made syrup and different butters and creams. Before you leave you can buy these sooooooo very delicious brown maple sugar leaves!! I love them! They have maple sugar cotton candy. And so much more! You won't regret going there!”

“What a little gem! Yummy all beef hotdogs with a variety of toppings (I got bacon & cheese, sis got sauerkraut & jalapeno) homemade sides of coleslaw and baked beans. Daily special was 1 dog w/ 2 toppings, 2 sides, a drink (canned/bottled soda's, water, juice, sparkling water), and a scoop of Italian ice for $5! The kicker is it's in the back of a very well stocked antique store! We browsed while waiting for our lunch and found some reasonably priced treasures! Axel was so friendly, had fun soul music playing and the food was great. Definitely a great stop!”

Then added hot fudge, marshmallow, whipped cream, and 2 cherries ? and ? sprinkles. Best way to have it your way.To be honest. The ? split only has traditional 3 scoops. Vs. The flight with 4 scoops. Better deal i felt.”

“Looking for a place to get a drink and some food after tying up our boat at the local marina for the night in St. Johnsville. Cosmo's was the only place open and fairly quiet when we sat down. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The menu was simple but had enough choices for us. We ordered and had a few beers and when the food came out it was fresh cooked and good portioned. Would highly recommend this place for a cool old fashioned bar ambiance with great people and food.”

“I have been going to Lombardo's since I was a kid. The service is excellent, and the food is good! We had a small baby shower there a few years ago and it was a fantastic venue for it.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that goes from the handicapped spots to the building.”

“What fantastic Italian food! They have nailed the red sauce. All our food came out smoking hot and was delicious. Fish fry was super crispy and fresh, meatballs savory, manicotti perfection. It was hopping on a rainy, Friday night so make your reservations! Staff was super attentive and friendly despite the crowd! There is a bar attached to the main dining room which gives me Wisconsin supper club vibes and brings me back home! Love this place and will be returning. I chatted with the owner who was very friendly.A couple cups of fresh coffee and a personal pan pizza.Prices are very good for today's market.Pizza was overdone for my liking as the crust was way too crunchy.I still had a nice meal.”
