“The owners are friendly and provide exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. My favorite is their drunken noodles, dumplings and spring rolls.

They really go above and beyond on their presentation. When I opened the container with my dumplings and spring roll they were sitting on a paper doily. That told me they care about the presentation on how their food is presented to their customer.

“From the parking lot, it looks like this Subway is closed because it is behind a vacant store front. However, once you get inside, it quite spacious. The food is like any other Subway, so nothing amazing -- but pretty good. Everything we had was fresh and well prepared, and the quality of the service was good.”

Brimstone Bakery has the most wonderful staff, a lovely atmosphere, and the most delicious baked goods and food. The food and baked goods are made on site by them, right down to dressings, sauces, and fillings. Everything is crafted with care, and everything is delicious. If you get the opportunity, definitely stop by.”

“Creamiest,flavorful soft ice cream ever. I come from another state, and nothing comes close. I go as much as I can. Only wish more flavors were offered, and a bit less of the fruit flavors. It's a gamble on what flavors they're serving any given week. Regardless, chocolate is always good, and you get gigantic, fun portions. Great outdoor atmosphere, many choices on menu, and plenty of parking. So worth it!”

The rooms are filled with wood antiques and elegant period furnishings. Parking is available, and an accessible ramp makes it easy to transport luggage from your car. “We stopped for a hamburger and a liverwurst sandwich. The food was delicious—good white bread on the sandwich and a well-grilled patty on the hamburger—and the macaroni salad was deliciously different from the usual deli stuff. It arrived quickly, too! The price was right, and it’s in the heart of town, just a hop from I-90, but away from the noise of traffic. Definitely the place to stop, when you’re passing through. And T here’s Guinness on tap, if you’re not just passing through!”

I was able to just sit with them and passively participate in their circle. I was surprised by grace! What a treat! We are boaters traversing the Great Loop/IntraCoastal Waterway and will recommend this stop to all we meet! Thank you!”
