McDonald's serves great food, although there can be inconsistencies. The cheeseburger buns might be a bit tough at times, and the drive-thru can get backed up. However, the friendly staff makes up for it. While mistakes with orders can happen, the Palatine Bridge location stands out for getting special requests right, like the Steak breakfast sandwich meal on a biscuit. Overall, McDonald's usually has fresh food, and their display of new items is impressive. It's a 50/50 chance of a great experience, but when they get it right, it's excellent.
