Fries were cold, not fresh, and odd tasting including the half full carton that came with a toddler's meal. Also no meal combo option for big macs anymore?

Ordered two meals, get to the window and always they never put the drinks in a tray.Im driving.Can’t hold them.Then gives drinks with tray after I had to ask for it( no customer service,sir would you like a tray?)
Then comes back after a minute and says waiting on fries and if you could pull around to double doors.I did.Waited 12 minutes for French fries?BS
Same girl who never asked if I needed a tray I asked her 12 minutes for French fries?
There is no body ordering food at the drive through.aI can see it where they told me too park.
Lies.Pulled out and there were two cars waiting to pick food up at the drive through.
12 minutes for French fries so that meant the burgers were not fresh.
If I ran my business like this I would be out of business.
This is not the only time I have experienced this horrific service.

They are all about the drive through they don’t pay much attention to walk ins they don’t even acknowledge anybody who walks in you might as well be invisable

Granted I had three grandchildren with me but we told what we wanted, they completely screwed up the order and when I brought back the screwed up order they made me pay for the corrected version.

They messed up our order, charged us for bacon and didn’t give us any. The snack wrap was not right at all. One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to especially food wise

Went last night, take out, got home discovered my paid-for item missing so I complained and made a refund request. WELL the district manager or presumed owner EMAILED ME to argue and double down on their weird BS no refunds policy. I paid with mobile app. I got no receipt. So this policy states I'm just to drop everything, leave home again and drive miles back to re-ask for my thing? Yeah no that's weird and stupid. Learn to handle something as simple as putting gdam fries in a bag!!! Or justtt give me back my money like wow, yall are disgusting thieves!

Also attached, this other review that had me laughing, hilarious! Yes I remember they were down for a fire. But they really screwed these people hard! Shows the level of intel we have here at the Palatine Bridge McDonalds here in July 2025

Just passing through Ordered on the mobile app got to the restaurant and it was on fire they apparently had already started making my food and the order could not be canceled. The next day we called the manager and were informed that the order could not be refunded and to just come get the food now. We explained we don’t live around there and the solution they came up with was putting our name in a book and if we are ever in the area we could come and get our food. I’m honestly flabbergasted that a cooperation like McDonald’s comes up with a solution like putting a name in a book. If I could give this location zero stars I would purely based on this experience I would, I’m honestly mind blown.
