Really delicious pizza, the only place that does crust correctly imo. Service was great, when i called ahead i was greeted with bubbly conversation with Tyler (?) and he even found the coupon i didn't know the exact code for. Picked up the food hot and fresh out of the oven, and the tall (extremely energetic) young man working the front even hooked me up with an extra icing packet and dum-dum for my daughter. Hope to see him again when i return!
I ordered a gluten free pizza alongside fried dough and two slices. The only downside is that the gluten free options are limited to cheese and pepperoni exclusively. (good thing that's all i like!). Slices were fresh and huge! One slice ended up feeding my daughter for dinner and for lunch the next day.
There's a reason this place is a staple in the Palmyra community, and i will most definitely be returning next time im in town.

Overpriced, slow delivery and more often than not the food arrives at essentially room temperature... And I literally live a block and a half away from the restaurant. So disappointed in what this location has become. Absolutely do not recommend!

Last night I accidentally ordered to the wrong store for pick up. When arriving to the palmyra location where I thought my ordered was placed I was told it was ordered to the Fairport location. The guy that was helping me quickly and kindly offered to remake the order there to save me the drive. It was very appreciated. Not only was the ordered made quickly but he even brought it out to me in my car. The food also was cooked perfectly and tasted great. This was great customer service. Thank you so much marks pizzeria palmyra location!

I stopped into Mark’s Pizzeria in Palmyra to grab food for my office, and I was blown away by the kindness and customer service. While I was there, an older man came in asking quietly if he could have a free slice because he was hungry and cold. Without hesitation, the young employee gave him two big slices and a drink. My heart! 😭❤️🙌🏻
On top of that, I had forgotten to place my office order ahead of time, and they still had it prepared and ready for me within 15 minutes. Truly amazing staff and service.
Highly recommend this location — they go above and beyond!

Best pizza in Wayne county. Update 10/17/25. Marks has slipped in quality. Not in taste but care in how the pie is made. Ordered two supreme pizzas in the last few months and the toppings were almost non existent. Basically looked like cheese pizzas with a few mushrooms, a few peppers and a few onions. Not worth the money anymore

Good pizza, annoying when they give you a old crappy slices... while they have a fresh pie with cheese that's hot and fresh just sitting there. Definitely had to buy two slices to eat one good slice more often than I should have.

I ordered a chicken finger. I was charged $60.92. When asked why she charged that much when it was just a chicken finger dinner she said sorry about that you'll see a refund in 3-5 days! And then charged the right amount in the amount of $17.27. I called the store spoke to a manager named Matt told him this was unacceptable and I wanted my money back he said it was voided in the system and the amount will stay pending but will reverse back in 24hours. The funds cleared my bank in the amount of $60.92 and $17.27. I spoke with my bank and they advised there is no refund showing just a normal charge! So i was lied to by your manager??? I called the store this morning spoke with another manager named Ashley she said there was nothing she can do she will txt her boss. 5 hours later no call back so I call and she still says nothing she can do Matt has to do it and it is his day off. This is totally unacceptable and I want my money back! How would you feel being out $60.92???? A chicken finger dinner costed me $78.19. I will NEVER order from this location and I want my money back

As a worker at a small pizzeria, here’s a little empathy review. That stuff was delicious. I don’t know what else to say. It was clean, the employees were kind and efficient, and I felt at home 2000 miles away from my own work. And it looks like they make their dough there so y’know, good on them. Go pizza shops! 🍕🎉 And all you reviewers complaining about them talking with friends and being actual human beings that make mistakes? Y’all’re the problem 🙂
