I ordered a chicken finger. I was charged $60.92. When asked why she charged that much when it was just a chicken finger dinner she said sorry about that you'll see a refund in 3-5 days! And then charged the right amount in the amount of $17.27. I called the store spoke to a manager named Matt told him this was unacceptable and I wanted my money back he said it was voided in the system and the amount will stay pending but will reverse back in 24hours. The funds cleared my bank in the amount of $60.92 and $17.27. I spoke with my bank and they advised there is no refund showing just a normal charge! So i was lied to by your manager??? I called the store this morning spoke with another manager named Ashley she said there was nothing she can do she will txt her boss. 5 hours later no call back so I call and she still says nothing she can do Matt has to do it and it is his day off. This is totally unacceptable and I want my money back! How would you feel being out $60.92???? A chicken finger dinner costed me $78.19. I will NEVER order from this location and I want my money back

As a worker at a small pizzeria, here’s a little empathy review. That stuff was delicious. I don’t know what else to say. It was clean, the employees were kind and efficient, and I felt at home 2000 miles away from my own work. And it looks like they make their dough there so y’know, good on them. Go pizza shops! 🍕🎉 And all you reviewers complaining about them talking with friends and being actual human beings that make mistakes? Y’all’re the problem 🙂

After a long day of driving I made a spontaneous stop at Best Western in Palmyra NY. Marks delivered a pizza to me that was delicious. I thought I would have to scout out napkins but the pizza came with plates and napkins. They made the end of my day easy

Mark's has been a staple of Upstate NY Pizza for over 4 decades. The slices are large and delicious. After having the wings, you'll be wanting to come back for more. They are greatly supportive of the local school districts and employ many of the students. Very active in the community and probably the best welcome for new people visiting the area. Definitely worth stopping in for a slice if you're nearby. Or just order delivery if you're at a nearby hotel.

Ordered gluten free pizza we had 200 points and I get in vehicle it’s a regular pizza! Went back in the girl said I had to order something else to get the free gf pizza! But the regular pizza was free. They didn’t want to make the correct pizza not good customer service! Won’t be back they lost our business!

Our first impression was meh bc the girl that took our order was sitting with her friends eating in the dining area. She licked her fingers and came to take our order without washing her hands. The rest of the teens making everything in the kitchen were loud and rambunctious with no hair nets or hats, so I was definitely on guard.
After placing our order, we couldn't find a table clean enough to sit at and had to ask the first girl to come out and tidy one up for us.
The mac and cheese was bland - no flavor, but the pasta was cooked well - not mushy. The pizza was a little over done, but really good flavor and good cheese. Salad was fresh, but the commercialized ranch was gross.
The wings were awesome! My husband commented that they were some of the best wings he ever had and the medium sauce was fantastic!
