Your employees last night at the palmyra ny restaurant was unacceptable. The pizza I got was a large half and half and it was so burnt along with so much grease that I couldn’t even eat it and when I called for a refund all they could offer me was a small credit on the next order

Just want to say the government trying to do away with junk fees. Their delivery charge of 6 dollars that doesn’t even go to drivers is a junk fee 100%

Mark is always a favorite for me. Of all the local choices I like Mark's pizza best. The chicken wings are usually big and meaty. Service and delivery times are quite reliable.

This place is absolutely garbage told 15 min wait for slices as two other families got there slices before me when the fresh pizza came out till I stood up and said something and tried to give the leftovers and had to explain the order 6 times great job

Thought 3rd times a charm …. Nope 20 min website stated for sub pickup At 21 minutes saw 5 crew members standing around and then one puts the sub in the oven to be toasted. I’m told it’ll be another 5 min. 8 minutes later still no sub. And the crew is all about sharing their taste in music. Never again

Stopped for a bite while passing through. Our family who have gluten issues found their GF pizza outstanding. They said the crust was the best ever. Brian was super at explaining our options and supremely responsive when I requested more TP in the restroom and more forks for our party. The veggie pizza was terrific as well.

Went in to get lunch.person in front of me didn't have enough money,so I had to wait until he went to get more cash.after he returned and cashed out the girl with tattoo on her neck walked away so I left and went to nimas. I will probably never go back

Great place. Only complaint is with restrooms. They need a deep clean. Bad. You can smell them even before entering. And it isn't a temporary smell.
