I love this local spot serving up sandwiches, salads, drinks, and cookies. In a town filled with mostly heavy food options, this is a welcome change and feels like you’re having a meal at a friend’s home. The portions are perfect and the location, especially in the warmer months, can’t be beat.

Our food was so fresh and hot, hubby had to let his egg and bagel cool. The BLT is the best I've had in a long time, tasty tomato fresh lettuce and the right amount of mayo.

A quaint little café on the water in Palmyra run by two lovely ladies. The paninis are delicious and very reasonably priced. Salads are also very good.

Great stop while bicycling along the Empire State Trail. We got our water bottles refilled and enjoyed some delicious chocolate chip cookies!

Great place, friendly, food excellent
Have heard good things about this place for several years so, when a friend and I were looking for a place to meet up near Palmyra, we thought we'd give Muddy Waters a try. Small cozy dining room overlooking the Canal was perfect atmosphere for conversation. We both ordered a breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll. It was as good as any I've had ever.
The nicest owner! The best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had and a gorgeous view. Highly recommend. I didn’t even know this place existed before today!!

Stopped in here the morning after Halloween. It was sooooo charming! The owner was the cook and cashier. No table side service.
We split a delicious turkey, basil and Swiss cheese panini. It was delicious! Feel like $3 for a cup of coffee was steep but the sandwich was reasonably priced at $9.50, I think.
There is outside seating in warmer months as well. Decor is very charming...
Donna, the owner isn't very warm or chatty but she's got a nice place. Definitely would recommend this place and plan to return.
