Why is it everytime we come to parish Dunkin, they refuse to give me all my food, so I drive back around to window, and the lady tells me I’ve got to go to speaker and tell them, as people are waiting in line, excuse me, I did wait in line, and didn’t get all my food, so now I’ve got to wait behind all the other people while my hot food gets cold because you didn’t give me my hole order, it’s bullshit on so many level, and to top it off, if you ask for less ice, you get less drink, excuse me, the ice already takes up 1/2 of your cup, so your only getting 1/2 a drink for them raiding there prices, COME ON DUNKIN, STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, and hire people that know how to pack the food we order 😡😡😡Not Happy in Parish NY

Stopped in off of 81 because it was so convenient, only to be let down in every regard. Waited in the lobby for 5 minutes standing at the register to order food. Never to be helped or acknowledged. I wouldn’t recommend!

A warm and inviting atmosphere paired with classic, delicious coffee makes for a truly comforting experience. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy.
Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely adore this place! They have so much fun sipping their coffee and racing around the store playing.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t use a wheelchair, but if I did, I would enjoy sitting in the car while my family eats tasty treats and drinks inside the store.
