We were reluctantly stopping at the diner up the road because we were starving and it was packed and we didn't know of another place in Parish, so we searched and found this GEM! Rose and her husband are the business owners, he cooks and she tends to the customers. She was so happy to see us walk in, as there were only people picking up to go orders. We were passing through Parish, NY, and picked Passarella for lunch. The food was very delicious, we received huge portion sizes, at an affordable price. Friendly service, super clean restroom ?

The best Pizza in NYS. I bring friends as a right of passage to this small shop as often as they will let me talk them into the drive and it ALWAYS is the best food; and ran by the nicest people. Chicken Wing pizza is seriously slept on here. But the Pepperoni is phenomenal as well. Dont miss out and take the trip.
