I just order from there and my order was wrong. They did not read what sub it was and what was add to it.

Worst absolutely the worst experience ever. Went in Thursday 9/11 at night was just the worst. I got a steak and cheese flat bread my sister got some kind of specialty flat bread club the problems with the are to many to mention it was inedible. And the guy making them was all full of attitude wasn't a experience I care to ever repeat.

ordered 2 subs online, got home and opened them and they had switched the bread on us, one had plain bread and the other had italian herb and cheese, instead of what we ordered they swapped the whole sandwich inside on the wrong bread, instead of my partner getting PLAIN bread she got my italian herb and cheese bread with hers and i got plain with mine, we’ve never had a problem before so kinda upsetting.

Horrible had to tell the employee twice I wanted a large then she wanted to question me on it then she forgot the mayo I wanted , so at the end of the process she squirted mayo all over the top of the lettuce, I fed t to my dog !

Open til 9pm arrived at 830 employee turns us & 2 other people away says they're closed. Not the first time this has happened one would think with stranded travelers because of weather conditions they would stay open and do their job.

The gentleman that made my sub this evening was so incredibly nice, so polite, very warm welcoming and impeccable manners. However he seems to need some practice on making subs. Skimped on everything but the bread and salt. Very terrible sub.

Renovations seemed to have fixed older complaints. Service was good subs were subs.
Asked for my sub toasted and this is what I get? Unbelievable.. it was a girl with black hair that was working that’s all I know . But obviously she knew she shouldn’t have sent this out and that she should’ve fixed the problem but she never fixed the problem .. guess I’ll just start going to Mexico!
