Bagel Lovers Of Patchogue

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, it came out to 10 bucks which is steep. I had it to go and when I opened it I saw that there was no cheese. The bagel was pretty decent but nowhere in this experience is anything great and it’s not even cheap to make up for it.

Hit or miss tbh, like many of the reviews mention the food is either bad or okay, and even when it’s okay, it’s average at best. If you want a bagel, a good one, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here however if you just want a everyday bagel and aren’t too picky, this place should be a fine option generally

When it comes to community, there are some special people willing to help out, Bagel Lovers is absolutely on top of my list for the best service, delicious fresh bagels, and just being good people. Thank you Lori, it takes a village, and this is only bagel place I will always highly recommend!! You are officially part of the Gabby Petito Foundation family!

A delicious and varied breakfast menu, great deals for daily commuters, and the friendliest (and prettiest) staff, it’s a good old-fashioned bagel joint. Hands down, my favorite bagel store on Long Island!

the best bagels ,i have ever eaten. GREAT STAFF,THE OWNER IS AN AMAZING PERSON TO STAFF,AND REALLY CARES FOR CUSTOMERS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered from this store thru door dash and the entire order was wrong. Contacted the store to let them know and they said the driver might have taken the wrong order. Actually the driver took the correct bag as the ticket on the bag said my name on the receipt, but the entire order in the bag was wrong. I told this to the store and all they said was contact DoorDash or they will give a store credit. No apology for their mistake. Customer service was not very good. They just didn’t care about making the customer happy.

Never one to leave a bad review but I can’t let this go unsaid. The service and quality is garbage. I called ahead to place my order yet they threw the turkey bacon on the grill when I arrived for pick up. Thankfully, he made the sandwiches fairly quick so I just let it slide although this wasn’t the first time that happened. Not sure why this happened because it was actually dead and not at all busy… that is until a line began to form with people waiting for them to finish my order which should’ve just been ready for pickup like they’d said it would be over the phone. I arrived approximately 15 minutes after I made the phone call which is exactly how long they said it would take. Like I said I let it go because he was quick I arrived home to eat my lunch and both the sandwiches I purchased were sad to say the least. It was now clear to me how he was able to make them so quickly. To serve this (photos attached) is plain lazy and disrespectful.

I ordered a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll with SP. Mine had no salt or pepper. It was flat and flimsy. My sister ordered a toasted egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, bacon, and tomato. Hers had ice cold, clumpy bacon shoved onto half of the bagel, cream cheese on only about 3/4 and tomato on only half of the bagel. Both mine and my sister’s sandwiches were not toasted. The phone call was clear, concise and there were no miscommunications. For the order to be so awfully screwed up is absolutely baffling to say the least. They did refund us, but this isn’t the first time it happened, just the first time we’re not giving them the benefit of the doubt. They’ve topped themselves this time and although we’re long time customers, we cannot continue to come here. Super unfortunate because they’re the most conveniently located and they’re also one of the only deli’s selling yerba mate. I hope this will urge them to do better for future customers and that they can grow as a business from this. please note it takes a lot for me to leave such a review!

Ordered 3 sandwiches and a bagel over the phone. I spoke clearly. All 4 items were made incorrectly with mismatched items. And the prices are too high.
