Where do I begin? If I could give no stars, I would. I stood waiting at the counter for a good 10 minutes, probably more, while person after person walked back and forth behind the counter totally ignoring me. Not a “just a moment” or “I’ll be right with you.” It’s like I was invisible. This was not only disrespectful but disgraceful. After waiting for NO ONE to help me, I walked out. Only went here because I was shopping at Home Goods and it was convenient. BIG mistake. A dirty feel to the place. Leaning against counter, I got something sticky on my jacket. Just an AWFUL experience and you guessed it- my sister and I will not be back.

Worst bagel store ever! Waited 30 min for an egg sandwich that was wrong, bad and very expensive. Avoid at all costs!

OK soooo I normally always order from here on door dash. I ordered bagels and found something blue in my bagel. I went to inspect it it was a piece of plastic.

Been going here for years, noticed google was giving it 3.8 average stars, thats criminally low for this spot, consistently good bagels, pretty speedy service, decent prices 5stars

I like this place because they’re open really early. Have really good bagels. Make a good sandwich. My only gripe is having to pay almost 10$ for a Bacon egg and cheese. You charge almost 2$ extra for a slice of cheese? I feel cheap crying about this but seems absurd. 1/2 pound cost 3$ in the store. Will continue coming here but will just avoid this extra charge.

I've tried other bagel places and have always returned here and have been returning for almost 30 years. By far one of the best quality bagel places on Long Island by far. The staff is friendly and fast and the selection is always fully stocked. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.Parking: Large parking lot in Gateway Plaza

I have been going to this place for years and previously have had no complaints until now. The past few times I’ve ordered from here, my order has been wrong every single time. They suddenly started charging multiple prices for the same items. When ordering an egg sandwich, you get the choice of a small juice or a coffee. Previously, I would ask to substitute a small hot coffee for a small iced coffee with no additional charge. The last two times I’ve gone here, I was charged an additional dollar for the small iced coffee and then $2.80 additional charge for a small iced coffee when ordering their $7.20 egg sandwich. Their service is terrible - the girls that work there are not welcoming to any of their customers and sometimes it takes them 20 minutes to make an egg sandwich, i’m not exaggerating. I genuinely don’t know what’s changed in the past few months but the service is chaotic and the food is mediocre. My bagel was practically raw and my sandwich had eggshells in themVegetarian options: I asked for no meat multiple times and my food comes with meat

Long wait and a bit pricey for an extremely small bagel. No, I did not order a mini bagel. It was small. I have seen bigger bagels in the supermarket. The next time I want a bagel, I'll travel a little further down sunrise highway they sell bigger bagels and a less expensive. It's also has the worst parking lot ever.

It's unfortunate I'm leaving this review, I really like their gluten free bagels and the fact there is a place to finally get gluten free bagels because I'm celiac. Over the past few years, everytime I get a bagel with cream cheese there is literally like a smear of cream cheese on it, practically nothing. I worked in a bagel place and the rule always was give a little extra they can always take it off. You don't want a customer upset because there isn't enough. I'm already paying extra for gluten free, but then to get practically no cream cheese on the bagels every time is really disappointing. I have pictures but there is no option to add them.

The fact that these bagels have shrunken to almost mini bagel size but the prices jumped is ridiculous and disappointing.

Great sandwiches! I just wish they had small water bottles as an option in their breakfast combos for those who can’t drink coffee or orange juice (caffeine and citric acid bother some of us).
