It is clear you are an inconvenience to the employees at this location who obviously don't want to be bothered. It routinely does not have common ice cream shop staples that are on the menu & it always feels like they are getting ready to close regardless of when you arrive in the evening. This is one of those wart growing off the side of a Dunkin Donut Baskin's that should just be put out of its misery.

This is OUR families cake shop!!! For the last 8 years we have ordered the Fudge Crunch ice cream cake for all of our birthdays. And there are a lot of us! It is THE favorite request. The cakes are always perfect, on time and Sue and her Chef always go above and beyond to make us happy!! Thank you for being part of all the happy holidays and celebrations!! I am a life long customer.

The staff and their friends who visit the store always gossip and fool around with each other while being less attentive to customers when they just want to be serviced. I witnessed this last time and the manager didn't do anything about it when cashiers were constantly messing up customers orders because they were too distracted by their friends who were chatting with them. I hope this location gets shut down.

After all the sweets from the holidays we wanted something different. They make a Pizza Cookie...AMAZING....they come in 4 flavors my kids like Oreo and Cookie Dough the best. When I called ahead to see if they had the ones I wanted. They didn't but the person who makes was there and she made 2 fresh ones for me. Soooo nice, my kids were so happy , they were really looking forward to its delisousness ....mmm...and it was even better because it was freshly made. A special thank you to the staff for going the extra mile. It was a nice break from regular Christmas cookies

Out of the fresh baked waffle cones, then makes the sundae in a container that is to small to hold the toppings and I ended up getting something I didn't want!!!
