Two times this place took it upon themselves to change my order. I I ordered a cookies & cream froyo, both times they gave me chocolate. I asked for boba topping, they gave me strawberries. Why can't they take the time to call the customer and offer a subscription to the order?

Great place. Many toppings to choose from. Host birthday parties--low-fat options. Offer acai bowls, 3 size options for frozen yogurt. Plenty of seating for groups. Froyo cakes and pies are offered. They even sell coffe which is cool. Located in the heart of Patchogue I highly recommend this establishment.

I tried reaching out to the owner privately on Instagram with no response- this place is disgusting! Was in with my in-laws and kids last week and pointed out the flies all over the fruit toppings to the girl working the counter. I suggested she remove them and her response was “I’ve sprayed to try and kill them but nothing works”. Needless to say, bugs on your food is an appetite killer and this yogurt is expensive. The owner just lost at least 7 repeat customers, my family previously visited a few times a month.

I’ve had great experiences here. Yogurt is absolutely delicious! Today unfortunately i ordered a smoothie & when it was delivered it was sour. Took one sip & had to throw it out. I’ll definitely order again, hopefully this was the first & last time i have a bad experience.

I usually love to come here for the fact it is the only place that has mochi has a topping for froyo. However, I recently stopped by during the day and witnessed something gross. There was a girl who was making the flying saucers without gloves on, it really turned me off. You would think during a pandemic that people would be more cautious of hygiene. Now I wonder what else is handled without gloves.

The real definition of: "Clean".. I lave the matching colors for the decor, this place is really nice and customer service is impressive, the ladies makes sure you get what you want and help you with your choice by going over the flavors and also provide you with suggestions. My Acai bowl was good, and also I had a shake that tasted very good. The downside they are really sweet...overall, this is a place to stop by and relax your mind. Good Job guys.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!! We have been coming here at least once a month for almost two years. I have ordered my daughters birthday cake pops for the past two years as well as end of the school year ones. Never, ever have we been disappointed. We love the many different frozen yogurt flavors and huge selection of toppings. Everything is spotless, the girls are always very nice and helpful. The baked truffles and cake pops are the best. Thank you for always delivering high quality at an extremely reasonable cost.

I went with my family to this place on New Year’s Eve and it was a disaster. The owner had 3 new girls working which didn’t even know how to make a hot chocolate. One of the girls just walked out of the place and left the other two new girls alone. The owner was FaceTiming with them instead sending help. I ordered 4 hot cocoa and had to wait 30 min to get it. On top of that it tasted like water and milk. My 9 years old said it tasted like p*** water.I felt bad for the girls but I am so upset that we paid $16 for a disgusting brown water.
