My favorite is Nashville hot bao with beyond meat. The only issue I have is the price. I can’t have it as often as I would like. It also isn’t filling but it tastes really good.

Love Bird and Bao. Buns are light and fluffy, and the chicken and pork are next level. Plenty of options to choose from. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
Ehhhh I was excited to try this place in the sea of basic restaurants that is Patchogue. It was just okay. The flavor profiles were not fully there for me. The chicken seemed kind of fatty. Definitely not a fan of the cold noodles or the slaw. I’m pretty sure the slaw is from a bag. The best part of the meal was the five spice fries. It’s a one and done for me.

My boyfriend and I decided to try a new spot in patchogue, and we were very excited with the results! Quite daunting looking for somebody as picky of an eater like me, but I pinky promise it tasted amazing. Great service, atmosphere, and the workers were quite sweet. All in all, great night out :)

We decided to trek here all the way from Carle Place, glad we did! The food here is so delicious! extremely flavorful, crunchy and the portions are generous! Our favorites were pretty much everything! If we had to pick it would be the bird bao and crunch bao. However the hot Nashville chicken was superbly crunchy. And the fries seasoned really well. It's a long drive out but if we ever are even 15 mins away we will be sure to stop by.
This place is one of a kind!They have a fun and innovative menu. I particularly loved the smores dessert bao bun, the noodles and the spiced french fries.Just a note for anyone who does not appreciate dark meat chicken: the chicken here is all dark meat.

This place is right off of Main Street in Patchogue which is convenient. I think the pork buns were decent but really nothing too special. A little pricey too for what it is.

me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this place. the chicken was perfectly crispy. the spices on the nashville was so good. the kimchi was a nice touch as well as the rice. overall great place.

Bird and Bao is a wonderful addition to downtown Patchogue! Their buns are delicious and creative with a wide selection of flavors to choose from. We ordered almost the entire menu -- The OG, Nashville Hot, Burgerbao, Blackbird, Nutty Professor, Sweet Heat, Patchog and Crunchbao. If I had to choose a favorite it would probably be the Crunchbao, but they are seriously all incredible!
