Ordered fried pickleS received one giant fried pickle. Ordered through uber eats I anticipated the food not being completely fresh and not hot but to receive all the pickleS stuck together and fried into one large pickle really? Very disappointing was looking forward to the fried pickleS was not enjoyable at all. Stale and hard to chew waste of money.

They’ll take your money, make you wait 2 hours, then cancel your order and not answer the phone. Don’t waste your time. Go to a real restaurant.

Can’t rate the food because i ordered wings for delivery for a party and when i went to check the delivery status, they had canceled my order. Needless to say ill never order here again!

The place smells. The services is horrible. The manager needs to be trained as well as the employees. They should consider hiring people that are not going to be working under the influence.
i went into the store and after waiting 20 minutes someone finally took my order. i went to order a burger and the lettuce looked expired. as placing my order the worker was disrespectful and had a nasty attitude. i suggest to never go this location. workers are nasty and rude . the worker andrew made my food and apologized for the wait . they need new management and workers.

Beyond slow service. Every time I order it takes 10-20 minutes longer for the food to be ready
Definitely not satisfying service. Got my order wrong a few times. Chicken dry no sauce even when I asked for extra sauce. One set of veggies not the celery and carrots you get at the other
Restaurants they give only carrots one time another time was only celery. disappointing. It there is not a change I will take my business elsewher

The staff is incredible, always hustling and working hard!! The manager Nick is really a standup guy, always kind and respectful, always has a big smile on his face. They work well as a team and crank out orders at lightning speed!!

I haven’t been here in a long time since the staff and old manager didn’t seem to know what they were doing when they first opened, it was a mess. There’s a new manager now and he is wonderful plus store looks great!!

This place has the worst service of people every time I go I either have to wait to be serviced or the workers are rude. They really gives weird vibes it’s not like how it use to be when they first opened up .

Ordered from them for the first time, while my fiance was eating noticed bugs stuck to the film of the cardboard to go container. Figured it's not their fault since they just order these until the Manager refused to give us a refund after I brought it in and showed him and said he could just remake it. But was adamant it wasn't bugs because he touched it and I'm sure went right back to making food afterwards. Absolutely horrible service all over a problem I said I wasn't trying to make it bigger then it was. Eat here at your own risk.

I just want to say LIZA makes it a great experience! She always goes beyond and treats me as a regular everytime! I come here because of her hospitality! Its been her and amber since the day i walked in and i just cant stress how amazing they are with anything i address! And im one of those uneasy customers!
