This place is the best! Ismael is a great manager who ive got to know over the years of patronizing this business. I highly suggest people give this place a try if you havent done so already cause you wont be disappointed.

I had dinner with my coworker last night. I witnessed the best customer service provided by Ismael. We had a small issue with our order and Ismael corrected it perfectly. Way to go Ismael!

My company ordered food for a work lunch and everything was great! The customer service was great as well. They even deliver our food , free of charge. They gave us plenty of food. We would definitely order from them again and recommend it. The manager Ismael was helpful through the whole process.

After I had a bad experience with Cabo fresh, I tried burrito mariachis last week and had a wonderful conversation and experience with Ismael. He was so nice and respectful, recommended me to customize my own bowl and to add fried onions and sweet chili, and it was so good. Food was tasty and fresh all in one, thank you ismaelš for the recommendations. I will definitely come back and recommend these places to my friends and family

My son came in yesterday and came back home telling me this was the greatest burrito heās ever had. I got one for myself and I couldnāt believe it. Burrito satisfied my hunger and I decided I had to get another one. Burritos are very addicting here! manager Ismael and Nae helped me build the perfect burrito and I will now be coming in daily for this delicious meal!š

Today at 1 in the afternoon I bought there and I have never had a problem, but today terrible service from a Hispanic boy, he yelled at me not to come back there...! , it is supposed to be a place serving the public and the customer deserves respect and good service.

The food here is delicious and always very fresh ingredients. Excellent customer service and never a long wait at the drive thru. Ishmael and the night crew are definitely doing a great job. And hope the late night burrito bowl he showed me stays on the menu !!
Omg, EVERYTIME I give this place a try they fail. The first time they opened my order been wrong. I been there 5 more times and each order been wrong. I leave the drive thru look at my order wrong wrong wrong. Like I'm the only one on line, there's 1 customer in the store, AND still, my order is wrong. Each time i have faith in them and don't think about checking my items. Thats my fault. Today was my very last time. Horrible, maybe they do it on purpose because they don't want me coming back. All I order is a crunch shrimp tacos two and i always get it wrong SIMPLE. The charge back yall will see in the next coming day is from me!!!
Just went in with my family of 5, intentions to place a large order and the man behind the counter didnāt greet us, didn't smile nothing nice about him at all which is something I can understand and handle but what I can not understand and handle is , he had his headset on for like the drive thru so when he walked over to the taco bar I assumed he was making an order for the drive thru especially considering we were not welcomed in. When my mother walked up to him to place her order he said āyou ready?ā with an eye roll and I was just taken back by that action when my Father asked him if we was ready for us he put up his hands and basically told us to get out of here. We asked for the supervisor and there was no MANAGER ON SHIFT ? or that he was the āsupervisor ā. Smh very unprofessional very annoying very arrogant lost a huge sale and weāll never be back this took place ok September 10th at 2:30pm

Looking for a new taco place after Taco Island left Patchogue. Order was ready quickly, but the hard taco shells were a mushy, disgusting mess. Flavor was good, but in no way could I call these tacos. Guess I will keep looking for good tacos.
