The service sucks. For a $10 - $15 bowl the amount of food that you are served is what you give to a toddler especially when one young Spanish girl that normally work in the evening is the one serving the food. She is rude and her customer service is zero. She really need to be retrained. The food is no doubt good and I have referred more than eight members of my family and friends to this location unfortunately they all have the same complaint. Hope the management of this location take note of this and make corrections as soon as possible. Even though we live in Patchogue we are now seriously considering patronizing the location in Shirley.

My first time shopping at this location was 12/01/2026, I ordered for different locations but I decided to take another opportunity and think that the first time was just a mistake. And the first time I ordered a Chicken Bowl and I got a big black hair in between the food, and it was not my hair since my hair is not black, besides that my order was ready when I arrived and asked for it and while I was waiting for the employees to give me they just sent me to the window and they calmly there. Standing talking to each other, I would have understood that they would make me wait if they were busy, but this is relaxed, my second time I bought a burrito and the same thing I had another hair and also that burrito was salty and acidic. I feel that it is already a problem and not a mistake, the supervisors should solve the problem since their employees seem to be untrained.

What's up with the chips here they're always switching them up one day they're thin and crispy the way they should be and then they give out the thick fake ones that are not the same like c'mon ya think regulars don't notice and also are so skimpy when dishing out the food smh ,fill It up we're paying for it ..this location sucks !!

Burrito was huge and delicious. The place was clean, the line moved fast, and the workers genuinely looked like friends having fun, which made the whole vibe way better. Definitely a good Chipotle run. First time at this location. Will be back
