Unfortunately, it’s always something with this location. I don’t know why I come back cause I hope it’ll be normal. I got a chicken bowl today and it rung up over a 1.50 more than it was on the menu they said oh it’s the other chicken yet have no sign or anything with the price being different or more.

Will not be going back to this location. The staff was very very rude. Scraped the scraps of the chicken container out when asked if there would be more, they laughed and told me I would have to pay extra. It was not even a full scoop of chicken and on top of that the rice was very undercooked and crunchy.

You're better off going to (Moe's) or (burrito mariachi) if you're in the Patchogue area and looking for tex-mex food. Food usually isn't fresh, and their portion size is small .

I had to say more on every single thing… 1 scoop of half rice on a bowl? When I said more it was another half scoop so I finally got 1 scoop?
I made the mistake of saying a little veggies and she picked up literally 3 pieces of pepper.
Every single thing I had to say more too and it still only came up to a 1/2 bowl. This level of skimping is instilled by leadership so I’ll take my business to a chipotle that doesn’t do this.
Shockingly enough the only portion that was accurate was the meat so why are you cheating out on everything else?

Upon ordering my bowl the person behind the counter was literally flinging toppings into several bowls. Food was flying all over. If that wasn't bad enough, he was working on several dishes at the same time so toppings were everywhere! This continued until I told the guy too SLOW DOWN! By that time the counter was a complete mess. Can't even imagine the amount of waste and extra expense. When I left the restaurant my bag was leaking and fell apart!

Food great but person helping who I think was the manager must have been in a terrible mood. The cashier was great. But this location is never consistent. It's either hot and good or luke warm. The portion size differs too depending on who helps

Really think this is the worst franchised chipotle there is. Barely ever gives enough meat if you ask for double. The quality of rice and meat seems to lack everytime I come here. Hate when they put meat in a bowl and if they feel it’s too much they take it off and put it back. I’m assuming because they don’t like to keep making meat but if you’re paying for double you should get double. Frustrating because it always happens

This Chipotle seems good quality… my beef barbecoa was less spicy than the one in NJ. I like that because I can taste the beef, and it’s good quality beef! The guacamole look very not fresh when I was there, but results may vary, so I recommend coming in to order instead of delivery. Always.
