Unfortunately, the rice here is always undercooked. It’s hard and crunchy to the point I just throw out my bowl and buy something else for dinner. It’s disappointing I’ve come here multiple times and is always like that.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to this Chipotle location. I placed a pickup order on 4/22/25 around 8–8:30 PM and only got a kids meal — and it was honestly the best meal I’ve had in a while. It was packed perfectly, the portion was great, and the guacamole was super fresh and flavorful.
