All the food tasted sweet in some way. Hald of the games didn't process the card. Register stopped working twice. Place was a waste. AND the gross manager was using her food gloves for the register, money and back to the food. Only changed them when she saw us staring at her. I really can't believe this place.

I just had my daughter’s birthday party here and after arriving on a warm day, I was shocked to know their AC was not working and has not been working for a long time. Myself, kids, and guests were fanning themselves with plates. Really disappointed to pay what we paid to feel like I was in an oven with zero ventilation, fan, or a heads up from staff prior to booking. Although my party host was very sweet, I would never of booked my party at a sauna. Too much money spent to see guests fanning with plates. Hopefully Chuck E Cheese sends a HVAC company over there ASAP as it’s upsetting to know the employees have to work in these conditions and families are blindly not informed paying to literally melt.

Half the games we tried didn't work but took our money anyway. The trampoline requires grip socks that you have to buy if you don't have. The pizza was better than expected though. Waste of money and time.

the employeee paige was extremely rude she was sweeping under the high chair that my one year old son was sitting in while we were all eating . place was fun but the employees that work there will make me give a 5 star! dirty place. manager was rude as well.

We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday today and it was such a great time. The kids all had so much fun! The staff was extra friendly & our party host, James was so helpful & kind. He paid attention to my son & made him feel so so special. I will definitely recommend to friends with toddlers or young children to have their parties here.

We difnt try any food, but the thing is alot of their machines dont work, when you swipe the card sometimes it takes a whole minute for it to be swiped again, if you have two kids wanting to take two different rides the other one has to wait and that was kinda frustrating and upsetting because timer was on anyway. So you just loose your minutes while waiting for card to be swiped. And some of the games weren't working at all

My kids, my husband and I adore this place! The Patchogue location is our go to, but the West Islip location is equally amazing! We can’t wait to set up our boys birthday parties this coming May. Will be a first! Thanks for providing smiles, fun and happiness for our family and for families all over. I would give 6 stars if I could.

It’s honestly unacceptable what this company has just done. I came to the establishment a couple days ago to have a conversation regarding party packages at this establishment for my daughter second birthday. I had a conversation with Rebecca she stated that I get a head count and it will be very simple to book on Christmas Eve because that’s the day of my daughter birthday. She did state the company closes early that day which was very understandable and we set the party invitation up for 1-3 so that way the group left way before this company closed for the day. I called to book today the reservation and now I am being told they can no longer honor it I can do a walk in party and pay double the price than the original party package. If this was going to be the case you should have had staff aware no party reservation can be made on Christmas Eve. This was totally unacceptable
