We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday and my daughter’s 4th birthday yesterday, and James was our host. WOW is all I can say! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and nonstop the entire party. He was honest, suggested wonderful ideas, and checked in on both the kids and me throughout the entire event. He had a smile on his face the whole time, was professionally dressed, and truly went above and beyond. He made the party absolutely wonderful and unforgettable.
If you’re having a party there, request James—he truly makes all the difference.
Our party was at 11:00 a.m. right when they opened, so everything was spotless, and the food was boiling hot.
The only negative I’ll mention is that the doors opened at 10:45. We arrived at 10:30 because we were told we’d have 30 minutes to set up, which ended up not being the case and caused us to rush a bit. That said, it was our only complaint, and overall the experience was fantastic.

Had a 4 year birthday party for my son. The staff was amazing at coordinating the event from the beginning. The staff was very attentive in making sure the children were safe in the jungle gym, trampoline and even checked my family’s stamps as a check out procedure to ensure my son belonged to me.
A special thanks to our event planner Damian. He was very attentive and updated me and my wife every step of the way. He checked in on us several times asking if we needed anything or had any questions. He did an absolutely amazing job at getting the kids hyped up to see Chucky, chant and group dance together. He made my son feel special and it was greatly appreciated. I will most definitely come back because of him.

I'm giving this a 2 only because of the customer service. I was there this past Saturday November 29th from 430 to 845. We were there with a group of 8 children. One parent purchased cards for all 8 kids and the tokens were split among the 8 cards. At about 730 my daughter came up to me and said that two of the machines of took her tokens and the game didn't work. I took the card to the front and a Manager went to check one of the games and confirmed that it was in fact not working. The Manager then passed off that card to another manager to put the points (tokens) back on the card. After she added the tokens back to the card when went to fix not one but two machines. My daughter played for another hour and when it was time to pick a prize she only had 13 tokens (points) whatever you want to call them. I went to the Manager that added back the point to ask her how it was possible that after playing for almost 3 hours that my daughter only had 13 points (tokens). She went to check the activity on the card and said my daughter had only received 3 more tokens (points) since she added the point that was lost from the broken game. My 8yr old is now hysterical and I asked her again how is it possible that after 3 hours of play that she only accumulated 13 points (tokens). Her only explanation was a breakdown of how the points were split among the 8 cards. Again that didn't answer my question. I was looking for the first Manager but they had already left and I feel like they would have handled the situation way better. I've worked in real estate for over 20 years where customer service is EVERYTHING!

All the food tasted sweet in some way. Hald of the games didn't process the card. Register stopped working twice. Place was a waste. AND the gross manager was using her food gloves for the register, money and back to the food. Only changed them when she saw us staring at her. I really can't believe this place.
