Prepare to wait an hour for your food, staff is ridiculously slow. Demoran una hora para servirle a uno.

What horrible food, I seriously feel robbed. They charge at the beginning because they know that in the end one will end up dissatisfied. The damaged food. They use the worst quality of ingredients. Cheap sausage.. when it has been seen that a Colombian-style dog comes with spicy sauces and the worst of all the attention

I placed an order over the phone because they always take forever to make the food but today I was late and to no surprise my food was still not ready. It took them 40 minutes to make two arepas de queso?…. Here’s the thing they were store-bought and they were not fresh. It was absolutely nothing what I’ve ordered in the past and what’s crazy is that I know that you could buy those out at Costco because I make them at home… For 40 minutes I could’ve made some homemade fresh arepas. The gentleman barely greets you. You’re lucky you can get low because he’s not even interested in being in the building. While I placed the order over the phone, he told me 10 minutes and I showed up 20 minutes late. That was when he then started to cook them. I really don’t know what took 40 minutes. It is absolutely lazy. I’m so disappointed. I really love this place in my family is Colombian, but it is such a letdown. The Mexican bakery two doors up in the same strip is going to take business.

I tried this spot for the first time yesterday for breakfast and it was AMAZING! I go back today and ordered the exact same thing & it was made completely different. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese and the egg was insanely runny ( I never asked for over easy) I paid for extra cheese & got no cheese, the roll was different, I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. I wanted to love this place but inconsistency turns me off.

The empanadas with carrots and peas, the place smells ugly, the food is not delicious at all, the juices are ice with milk, the employees with poor presentation smell like sweat!! It does not represent Colombian food at all!

The young lady at the counter very rude no greeting us not even a smile.. their empanadas are not great ..we asked for Hot sauce as you would ask at any colombian Bakery that sells empanadas and theres was none !?? Insane!

I ordered via Uber eats so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. I was initially confused because when I received the food order it smelled like a plate of fried chicken wings from a Chinese resturant. I ordered Minibandeja Paisa because the plate is similar to what I usually order. The only thing on the plate that tasted good was the rice. It was apparent that everything was cooked in old grease. The pork rinds were decent. The maduros and egg tasted like they were fried in old grease. The steak was very overcooked and severely under seasoned. Also ordered two chicken empanadas. They were drowning in grease and tasted like they were cooked in old grease as well. It was disappointing as I was so excited to try this local, eclectic restaurant and couldn't even finish my meal ):

The place needs more atmosphere, but they reward us with their delicious dishes.
