They thought it was a good idea to paper cars in a parking lot. Now the papers are all over the ground and bushes littering everywhere they been. If the trash other people's parking lots and the earth do you think there food will be any better. Gross place.

I ordered two coffees today, 02/17/24 through Uber Eats. As I’m drinking my coffee, something flew through my straw INTO MY MOUTH. I spit it out and it’s either a ROACH OR MAGGOT IN MY DRINK. I threw up immediately and am working with Uber to get this issue resolved. I called the restaurant and no one would identify themselves. They stated a manager was not there and they were “so freaking sorry”. I’m absolutely disgusted I’ve never experienced this in my life.

I ordered 2 iced coffees via Uber Eats today from this establishment. I'm a first time customer as I just moved to the area. Imagine my disgust as three sips into my coffee this thing flies INTO MY MOUTH. I committed instantly and have been unable to eat since and have been periodically gagging. I'm traumatized honestly. I've been offered a $6 refund (I paid $24) from Uber Eats. The restaurant did apologize however this is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Order to take out (2nd time) when I went to pick up order and the guy that was at the front counter was not professional at all. I informed the front person that there was a bug at the padebonos tray walking around all of the food and he didn’t hesitate at all to get this corrected instead he continued taking orders even tho I was very discreet on telling him in private so the place of business won’t take any more complaints from other customers. However I think the owner should take care of this situation and try to resolve this issue ASAP because this place has a lot of potential.

The food here is amazing they are one of the best Colombian spots on long island. I came by yesterday for lunch and there was a girl behind the counter who was very sweet. My food also came out very quickly. Definitely check this place out I highly recommend it.

Every single time the girl at the counter has horrible attitude but food is good, overall service is always slow but last time after waiting more than 40 minutes for a 2 arepas con queso ended up not getting them. Said they would refund the money but they didn’t.
