Super excited to see that there is now both a sugar-free option as well as lactose-free option. Previously members of my family were unable to enjoy Cold Stone but this has since changed. Thanks Cold Stone, hoping for more flavors.

I suggest signing up if you haven’t before. Bogo ice cream for “new” customers if ya know what I’m saying. It’s hard to justify a $20 ice cream. But 2 for 20 is easier to swallow, no pun intended.

If I could give it a half star I would. What an absolute headache of an evening for spending a stupid amount of money on overpriced/small entrees, drinks, and apps. A Scotto owned restaurant, so there's supposed to be a standard. I made a reservation online to celebrate a 40th birthday. Waitresses we're not great or attentive to start. Did the Sunday menu at $89 pp. Entrees we're ok overcooked lobster. Small portions. Still gave them a nice tip meeting NY standards. Which I shouldn't have. Bill was around $300 for two people. Here's the real kicker to my night. They make you valet. We'll guess what? The valet lost my key. Scrambling for 25mins. I decide to get the manager. Who by definition was useless. He wandered around acted busy made me stand there for 10mins while I waited and came over and said "I'm not responsible for valet". We'll guess what? Don't have it then! Or give option to park yourself. Which the valet told me it was valet only. I asked for my new Jeep several times and it was no where to be seen. The valet company offered to Uber me back. At this point it seemed like a scam. Would I return to find no vehicle and "it's not their responsibility"????!! Not sure. Manager offered nothing to accommodate. Nothing off the bill. Nothing while I waited nearly an hour and nearly called the police. It felt like the valet and restaurant were stealing my truck. All of a sudden I threaten to call the police, leave bad reviews, call a lawyer and bam the key was located in "someone else's car" which was definitely a lie. Guess what the restaurant did nothing to remedy the situation or make things any better. Didn't even apologize. Just said I hope this doesn't ruin your night and you come back. I wasted over an hour and had to pay the babysitter extra for being with my kids. Unbelievable. Get better standards, better valet, and a better manager. What a joke

Ice cream is still good but I almost didn’t stay to order because of the faint smell of vomit or disgusting dirty mop water. The place needs a serious cleaning.and renovating. No music playing. It was as if I was in a uncared for business. I don’t imagine I will desire to go again without these issues addressed.

went in to grab 3 ice creams because the online order wasn’t working. we waited 30 minutes to get melted ice cream. the workers were doing the best they can, and it was alright until a coworker came in that wasn’t on shift and made her and her friend ice cream and held up the line by talking to her coworkers. i usually wouldn’t mind but when you’re waiting that long it’s annoying, and not the first time that has happened to me at this location either. it probably would have been quicker to if one of the employees wasn’t trying to scrap out the ice cream drain that is used in front of the ice block, as it was literally getting everywhere.

One of the weirder locations I've been to... Narrow and small... But people in the shop do it right... Even when it's busy.Which it was. Small place no where to stand. In spite of that... All our stuff was perfect and delicious.

They dont accept gift cards unless the machine is exactly the same amount you have on the gift card - pretty unfortunate and annoying
