Del Fuego has the BEST salsa sauce for chips. They provide their salsa and chips free!!! On one of my visits, Paige was just an awesome waitress!!! She knew the menu so she was easily able to make suggestions. She was super attentive and friendly and efficient. A real sweetheart. Unfortunately the salad lettuce was soggy but still the salad was tasty. The pulled pork burrito was good. Chips and salsa are always out of this world!!! Portions are great.

We had dinner for 5 in a Tuesday evening. No issue getting a table. A couple of us arrived early, sat at the bar while we waited for the rest of the party. Bar tender was nice and attentive. We ordered a couple margaritas while we waited and she served us chips and salsa with the drinks. When the rest showed we were sat. I had the Birria Tacos with rice and beans and we ordered Buffalo wings, Pork Wontons and Flautas for the table ($10 apps for happy hour. Food was okay. Not the best, and certainly had worst. Seemed to be too much cinnamon (I’m guessing that what it was) in the red sauce. The tacos were a little dry and the corn tortillas were not soaked in the Birria Consume before they were grilled like I’ve had in most other places. From the signage it looks like they have some decent specials throughout the week. Would I return for dinner with the family? Not sure yet

We ordered to bring the food home. It was very good. We ordered 3 brisket tacos and the eloti. It is their version of street corn. It's delicious. The folks that work there are very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We did a catering order this past weekend for a birthday party. I have to say Del Fuego in Patchogue knocked it out of the park. From choosing what to order to the pick up process it was super smooth. The food was hot, fresh and on time the day of the event. We did 3 Taco boxes and it was we the perfect amount . The food was excellent and our guests raved about it. The cost and value was very great for what we received. They did not skimp on anything which was fantastic. Definitely would recommend and we will choose again for future parties. Thanks!!!

Typically a fan of this restaurant. But they completely botched my door dash order today. Barely got my money back from door dash for the meal that was wrong and im out 10 dollars on the tip. Food went in the trash
