i think yall needa retrain yall delivery drivers, especially with their attitudes. tell them don’t be mad if THEY go to the wrong address and need to correct THEIR mistakes. ????? he lucky he even got a $6 tip

I placed a delivery order online and when it arrived I was missing an item. I tried to flag down the delivery guy but was unsuccessful. I then called the location where I spoke to a lady who said her name “burtu” who gave me an attitude then advised she will send it out in 30-40 mins “free of charge”, mind you I have already paid in full online for my order so it wouldnt be free of charge as I reminded her. I then let her know I was coming down to retrieve it because I didnt want to wait 30-40mins to eat so she hung up on me and when I arrived at the location there was no one by the name of “burtu” but what was strange is everyone had a name tag on their head but one lady who did not make any eye contact with me as I entered the location. I am not very happy with my services at the dominos patchogue location and would not likely order again.

I walked in to pick up my to go order and saw an employee sitting on one of the counters with her SHOES on the counter as well. She never looked up from her phone. Another customer had to call out before anyone came over, and she made a different employee help us and went right back to her phone. She never got up, she never greeted us, she just saw with her butt and shoes on a surface that food may go on. When I called later in the evening to ask for a refund on a marinara sauce that never made it into my order, I told the guy on the phone about it and said it likely violated multiple health codes. He goes “oh yeah, that’s a regular occurrence.” Honestly really gross. The food tasted pretty good, but the female employee really threw me for a loop. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. I don’t trust what goes on in their food prep if this is what they do in front of your face.

Ordered the stuffed crust pizza and a NY style pizza....both with extra cheese. They were very good with plenty of cheese. I like this location so much better than the Holbrook one. I go to Patchogue even though the Holbrook one is closer. The quality is much better.

I placed and order at 4:09pm for pickup and when my husband go there they are saying that such order doesn’t exist which I find very unprofessional so now we had to place a new order … why is there online order if I still have to place it in person

stephan is an absolute top boss fw him heavy. he politely dropped off the pizza with such pristine placement that when i took my first bite, i could feel the love that he made into the pizza. ten out of ten would recomend stephan i hope to see you soon no diddy

I placed a large order with several pizzas and extras right before closing. A mistake was made with one of the items and these guys called me and replaced it immediately. Extremely professional and I really appreciate their effort. Really well made pizza. I will be back again thank you for your wonderful service

I am having a difficult time trying to get in contact with the supervisor of this location I never received my order I spent 50 dollars including tip. The general manger Megan has refused to assist me. The directions to my order was not followed and I never revived it. I’m going to have to file a police report to rectify this matter I want nothing to do with anyone at this location.
