This Dunkin has the absolute freshest best tasting hot original coffee of any DUNKIN within a 15 mile radius.! Trust me, I’ve tried them all and I go here every single day. The service isn’t always the friendliest and the atmosphere is a little lackluster compared to other locations. However, I will say the morning crew is phenomenal and super friendly.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Patchogue. Their service is so poor. They never put all of your items in the bag. You’re always missing something when you ask for something toasted they toasted so bad that it’s unable to eat last time I ordered a croissant. They gave it to me black it was burnt to death very dirty. There’s flies all over a fly one inside my little girl’s hair and she starts screaming in there how scared she got it’s the only Dunkin in my area and my little girl loves it, but I will not be ever going there and there’s kids. They have working behind the counter teenagers that have such a big attitude and they yell at you and laugh at you when you have complaints they was making fun of my little girl cuz . She got of the flies. Because they were all over and one flew inside her hair and she got deadly afraid very disgusting location. Do not waste your time. Drive the extra few miles and go to the other one. It’s way better very cleaner and you get treated like a normal customer. this one is just disgusting, I don’t trust them. I feel like they spit in your coffee or whatever you order after you have a complaint and they have to fix it.
Kids working behind the counter were GREAT!! Very helpful. Food was hot and Good! Store needs an overhaul, kinda OLD and worn down. Other than that I had a GREAT experience.

Ordered an iced cappuccino got an iced macchiato when I asked staff to fix it all they did was mix everything together. Since the drink is $5 it's upsetting that it cannot be properly made. Honestly regret not asking for a refund.
