Yesterday Fri 8:40am Sep 27/2024 on Waverly Av DD store. Mgr had a day off. Shes nice. But we had an issue 2 weeks ago w/one if the girls. I called DD office..dont feel went well, the claim. Yesterday this girl at the register charged me like a regular costumer, I remained her nicely I am Sr Citz. ....she lowered the Price....but told me..that. " I don't even say Thanks". And loud. In other words...I had a issue once, & I want to start trouble again. Across this DD...its 711 & these 2 girls in there Know me well....in all these yrs..we never had an issue. My only reason to come DD...bagles are fresh. But 2 issues in 2 weeks...?

Great customer service at the counter and Nissu made me one of the best iced caramel coffees I've had this morning. These ladies being so nice and awesome at 5:30 am today deserve some recognition.

I ordered two glazed donuts ( which I thought ) the donuts had little to no glaze on them . Then they was hard as hell Dunkin donuts never have fresh donuts anymore better off going to 7-11 they be fresh there . I also ordered an Carmel and mocha ice coffee which tasted just like mocha without the Carmel. This Dunkin donuts needs to do better
I went here to get some donuts and asked why the donuts only had half of the donut with sprinkles I asked why is that they said that was the style. What does that even mean. Ever dunkin I hate been to there are sprinkles on the whole donut

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They charge for whipped cream on frozen coffee and often forget it. Order specific donuts if they are out they will give you the worst donut they have left. Going forward I will order from somewhere else.

Using the app here doesn't make things quicker. I ordered via the app for a large coffee. I get there and I'm waiting along with three other people who were waiting also.
