I just had the most amazing Thanksgiving dinner catered by Exquisite Catering. The process was seamless from ordering to delivery. Chef Charles was extremely responsive to my questions. The meal was one of the best I've had, ever! That includes homemade dinners, by the way 😊 I could not be more satisfied with the food and the service. I HIGHLY recommend Exquisite Catering for any kind of special occasion or just to go there and have a delicious meal. Chef Charles even did some customizing for me, as I have a few vegetarians in my family. The pricing was very fair. It was the most stress-free TG I can remember in years!

Chef Charles and his staff are highly professional and skilled at preparing and serving excellent food with a beautiful presentation! We had a platters, pass arounds and a BBQ for 60+ adults in our yard and the food was delicious! He also set up a tent with ample seating for our guests! So thrilled our first experience with Chef Charles was a resounding success. I'm sure it'll be the first of many ahead. Thanks so much for allowing my husband and me to relax and enjoy ourselves!

Chef Charles is a fabulous Chef. The entire experience from booking to the dinner was amazing. We were offered so many different items to choose from. They set up the dining room table with plates, silverware, glasses and linens and flowers. We had three people at our private dinner with a three course meal. It was outstanding. The food was delicious and plated beautifully. The staff was professional, informative, punctual, and the kitchen was immaculate when they left. This must be in your bucket list.

In 3 days notice, having a death in my family and hosting a large luncheon, I was seeking a caterer that could do it all, food, drinks, cutlery, tent, tables, chairs, even down to bags of ice and an extra cooler. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Chef Charles came through without hesitation and made this part of the planning for my family very simple. The compliments on chef’s food was endless. Communication and planning was efficient and easy. We had a beautiful afternoon and I was able to enjoy time with my family, not worrying about needing anything. 😋 Chef Charles for the evening was amazing. He made a fabulous 9 course meal for my husband and I. From setting a beatiful table with flowers to gourmet delicious food and leaving a perfectly cleaned up kitchen as if we ate out. However, having all the comforts of home. Not to mention his presentation of each dish was fabulous! Can't wait to have a big dinner party using chef!

We never could have anticipated a private meal served to us in the fashion of Chef Charles J Drayton’s preparation and hard work. When he arrived he immediately set our dining room table with a beautiful runner and and candles and place settings. We started with bisque and crunchy salad ingredients .The next offering was pan seared scallops with maple butter. Third was Burrata ravioli with tomato garlic Parmesan ragout. Next was braised short rib with parsnip puree. Dessert was moelleux au Chocolate. We have never been treated so well nor have we ever tasted each delicious bite. This was definitely a huge treat for us. We can’t tell you what Chef Charles J. Drayton did for us in one visit. He will be our go to chef for all future occasions.
