I went with 3 friends for lunch and our waitress was fabulous!, and the food was good. I had steak with an egg, rice and beans, sweet plantains and an expresso martini 😋 I guess the price was ok with today's costs, and the portion was plenty. The place was very clean and yes I would go back. The atmosphere was fine. It was noon on a weekday, so not too crowded or loud children in the restaurant., sorry I didn't take pictures to share.

Never in my life have i ever felt so disrespected in a place of business. My sister and I were at an event, which we understand can be hectic for workers, however that doesn’t not warrant the blatant disrespect and ill behavior we witnessed. It was raining after our event and we simply asked to borrow a bag to prevent our hair for being messed up. A simple request which we did not see issue with asking. The worker Kathleen (white and brunette) replied rudely saying they don’t have any. When we asked again she rudely and aggressively shoved them in our face. Regardless of the atmosphere of the night the behavior displayed truly left a nasty taste in our mouths, and we won’t be coming back. When we asked for her name she rudely and aggressively replied. This type of behavior is not something we condone and we will not be coming back in the future! Restaurants should really be aware of who they hire and how they treat customers! Totally unacceptable and completely ruined our night!

My family and I have been customers of Gallo for years. I recently held my daughter’s Bridal Shower there. The room is very spacious and bright. The staff great and the food delicious. My guest were impressed and happy with everything which made me extremely happy. I met with Carolina who walked me through the process . She followed up with me during the processed and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Carolina!!! Shout out to Tatiana who was my main hostess and server along with the other girls sorry I didn’t catch their names. Thank you all again for the wonderful experience.

A very busy restaurant I enjoy to walk past and see how busy they get they have indoor and outdoor dining.
Parking: We do have paid meter parking but like most of us we park at the local apartments or up and down oak and maple so we don't have to pay.
Wheelchair accessibility: Gallo is a pioneer for the disabled.
