Sorry but I'm very disappointed in this place. I have a dog and I'm always conscious of the fact that dogs are not welcome everywhere so I always ask before I walk in with my dog if it's OK. I opened up the door and stuck my head in to talk to the man behind the counter (he was a nice older gentleman) I asked if I could bring my dog in just to make a to go order. Though he was not rude he was ignoring me while on his cell phone at the counter taking a personal phone call. He gestured something that looked like hold on, come in (IN NO WAY DID HE SHAKE HIS HEAD NO AND HE SAW I HAD THE DOG...) so I went in and waited by the counter as close to the door as possible to take up the least amount of space as possible. A boy in his 30's walks out from the back of the store, asks me what I want and as I was answering interrupted me to tell me dogs aren't aloud.... not to be rude but if you are going to have your employees ignore the costumers so they can have a personal conversation then maybe you should talk to that employee who let the person in like that vrs the customer trying to spend money at the store. It's the delivery for me. I would have no problem if they had told me I can't stay with the dog or let me answer the question before interrupting me cause I was trying to tell him I'm just looking to get something to go and then we'd wait outside If it's OK but instead of having a conversation he rudely talked at me. Especially when ALL of mainstreet is Dog friendly, even places that say no dog are fine with me waking in to just get food to go. I feel bad cause the older gentleman told me he would help me even after the boy was rude to me but I'm not spending my money in a place where I'm treated like that the minute I walk in. Once again I'm pretty laid back and was actually buying food for a homeless person, not me, so they just prevented a homeless person from eating buttt anyway, ignore me to finish a call you got before I walked into the building understandable, want to let me know I can't be in the building with a dog, understandable but don't have one employee ignore the customers questions as they talk on the phone and then have another employee come out of no where rudely ask them what they want, just to interrupt, speak over, and tell them you can't be there.....work on customer service, if I could give -Stars for this I would.

Always have the best pizza. Old style NY. Always have had my pizza here since I was playing arcade games in the back when I was a kid. I love everything about this place and food. The back room always gives me good memories. I bring my family there now. The employees there are polite. I will keep coming back until I die. Thank you everyone there!

The employees here are not clean and work very slowly. Their pizzas are bad, they use bad ingredients. Don't order from here. It's a very bad place, you may get food poisoning.

Amazing AMAZING PIZZA. This place is very nostalgic. Reminds me of going to the family owned pizzerias in Brooklyn when I was a kid. This family owned pizzeria has a family staff that are more than accommodating; they actually make their food & serve with LOVE.

Gino's might have a small menu, but everything on it is spot-on. They keep things simple as an old-school pizzeria, and honestly, they serve up the best pizza I've had in ages. Plus, the team there is super friendly! :)

Ordered pizza and salad for my mother today and they were friendly, super fast and extremely courteous. They care about their customers. The caesar salad was enough for 3 people at least. Pizza is delicious as usual! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend them!
