I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but their food quality pushed me to do this. I got bagels from them—I asked for them to be toasted, and they burned one bagel. Also, bagels were missing cream cheese entirely (very small quantity of cream cheese); it was just a plain bagel for which I paid $6. I am pretty sure the owner made the bagels, not the staff. Super disappointed and never again. I would have gone back to complain, but it was takeout, and I had to go to work.

Terrible customer service. Hard to support mom and pop shops when all they care about is profit and not the customer. Heard they were going to have to close down soon, makes sense.

You used to be great but I ordered a hobo and got barely a slice of cheese. And an extra slice was 1.78 on the app. Lol. Good stuff for a 12 dollar bagel

Best Bagels in Town! This place is a true gem! The bagels/flagels are perfectly crisp outside and soft inside and their muffins are to die for. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Whether it’s breakfast, catering, or a weekend treat, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Another bagel place that was amazing but is now going cheap on their food. Bagels are smaller and when you see the giant hole in middle, you know it won’t be great. Charging $8 for a BEC is robbery

I come here often so I obviously like it a lot. Their bagels are consistently excellent. I enjoy their sunflower seed bagel and flagels (I would rate them my second favorite locally). Coffee is great too! Never had a problem with seating even when busy.

Parking: Parking in front if available (pay on weekdays and no fee on Sundays). Rear immediate lot is free with a time limit.
