While I love this place Id love it more if i didn't have to drive 40 mins under the pretenses that the shop is open only to find out its closed for renovations..... nothing posted on the website....nothing posted on Google...The owners should update the site with current information.

I like the bowls but the kids working there are all over the place and should know the difference between tomato soup and marinara sauce. I paid for a bowl of soup but received a bowl of sauce via uber eats last night and I’m still waiting for it to be resolved.Had pretty decent food from here before but that order ticked me off a little. My boyfriend ordered Mac bites and they were half fried and crumbly.

First time visiting. Ate lunch with coworkers. Seems like a wide selection. I went with the recommended Cuban over Mac and Cheese. Each of us tried something different. Chicken Parm, Buffalo Chicken, and Philly Cheese steak - all over Mac and Cheese. Very tasty and fresh, nice and warm without being too hot. Serving size was perfect for lunch. The price was right. We will definitely be back.

What a great new place for those of you who love cheesy delights! Stopped by for the first time and will definitely be back. Prices and portions are both good. Grilled cheese choices were delicious. The 6 piece mac bites...plain, pepperoni and buffalo were tried on this occasion...and well recieved. They also have lobster mac bites...next time.

Food was tasty I had the chicken parm mac bowl. Only complaint would be it was a little dry. More marinara sauce and it would've been 5 star

Not at all impressed. Did build my own bowl. Small portion, broccoli was brownish, baely any chicken or mushroom. Very salty. Wait time was ridiculous. Not worth $9.72. First and last time.

Went to I ❤️ Mac & Cheese in Hauppauge because I thought I would surprise a member of my family who has Celiac Disease because they advertise being Gluten Free friendly. After asking all the right questions and being assured that the ingredients were prepared in a separate area and ordering a classic Mac & Cheese, I was charged $8.09. When the bowl was placed in a bag and handed it to me, it felt very light. I took the bowl out of the bag and noticed the portion was very small, like not even a quarter of the container it was in. When I asked the guy that charged me, he said “It’s because it’s gluten free and he shouldn’t have given it to you in that bowl, you know it’s corporate” and “ we are corporate”. Meanwhile I had just watched a customer that was dining in be given a heaping bowl with about six times the amount of pasta with cheese that they called a “child’s portion”! Yeah, glad I only spent eight bucks there, because it’s the last eight bucks they get. To add insult to injury, the pasta was hard and dry!

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich where I asked for jalapeno chips but they ended up putting jalapenos on my grilled cheese that I didnt include in the order. I took them off. Sandwich was alright afterwards but unappealing to the fact I had to take it apart
