Just went there, was not busy at all ( maybe 10 tables) on a Saturday afternoon. Took a while to get a server and took a long time for the food to arrive, which was just 3 pancakes and a belgium waffle and it was Luke warm, not hot. Taste was not good at all. Will never return again. Watched lots of ppl walk around but not cs friendly

Had breakfast at Burlington NJ location today. Waited 2 minutes to be seated. less than 10 customers, so not busy. Tyhira D was the server not young man that seated me. She was polite & quick to take order. Put lemon on side with water just like I ask. Most places put lemon in water glass despite asking to be on the side. Little wait time 4 food. Ordered breakfast sampler. Eggs perfect & all meat. Hash browns crispy on outside but needed more cooking inside. Pancakes were bad. Not fluffy & not cooked all the way inside.Taste salty. Don't like they put Pancakes on a small saucer. No room to cut & syrup spilling over to table. Tyhira checked on me 3x. Very attentive & friendly. Awesome server. Tipped regardless of non satisfaction of meal. Tyhira service made up 4 my experience.

My wife and I went to this restaurant early this morning as you claim to be open 24/7. When we walked in there was a sign at the desk to please ring the bell for service. Given it was around 6:15 AM this is understandable. We rang the bell, and waited, and waited, we rang the bell again, and waited and waited. Nobody came out to help us, Acknowledge us, nobody. There was one other table seated in the restaurant as far as we could tell.

After 10-15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged, we walked out to find another restaurant to have eat breakfast at.

This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will be going out of my way to make sure I dont visit this location ever again

I frequent this IHOP with my 1‑year‑old daughter, and it’s become one of our favorite breakfast spots. The staff is always friendly, patient, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re dining with a little one. There’s always plenty of seating, so we never feel rushed or crowded. The food comes out consistently good, and the whole place has a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to enjoy a meal with my daughter.

Definitely a great spot for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable breakfast experience.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Francisco‘s delivery and service in the restaurant . We are happy to have had him aa our server requesting that he’d be evaluated for higher raise because he went above and beyond and we will be back. You don’t get a second chance on the first impression and truly Francisco at the location in Patchogue, New York was awesome.

Door says 7am-12am. But sign says open 24/7. Confusing and unhelpful. It's like no one who works here even looks at the outside.

Never coming back here. The service was horrible, even though the waitress was nice. She never asked us if we needed anything, just a drop off service. I felt like I was being annoying flagging her down to ask her for things like napkins, forks, etc. I ended up going to go get a booster seat myself because I didn’t want to ask her again. And asked other waiters for help. Maybe she was having an off day but it felt difficult for her to reach the “bare minimum.” Food wise it was bland and undercooked. I requested a special change and she could not do it, even though no other IHOP has ever given me an issue. I hope she has some additional training or less tables, I believe that could help.

I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center
