I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

I had a family outing at IHOP on a Sunday, and while the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great, my experience was unfortunately ruined by what I overheard. I was seated near the kitchen entrance and could hear the manager loudly yelling at her staff, which made the whole meal uncomfortable. It was disturbing to witness the mistreatment of employees, especially since they all seemed visibly uncomfortable and afraid. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and unsettling she definitely shouldn’t be in a leadership role if she treats people like that. I really hope the owner or higher ups address this toxic environment because it's unacceptable.

I frequent this location and I enjoy the atmosphere. Meals are always tasty and fresh. I have celebrated my kids birthday here a few days ago and Camila made it so special. The manager Roberto came to our table and he was very friendly. We will be back!! Thank you Patchogue IHOP!!

First please note that I love IHOP. I went IHOP for my birthday August 29th. I can't believe the disappointment. For some reason the food was disgusting! Pancakes were so cold that the butter just sat there. I asked for extra crispy bacon. Taste like yesterday's bacon. I asked for a glass of ice. The glass was so DIRTY. I was in shock. I took 2 bites and got the hell outta there. WHAT HAPPENED!? I frequent IHOP once a week however you guys need a break.

My friends and I go every Monday for breakfast at the IHOP in Patchogue. We are always greeted with a smile and seated right away. The manager of the store Karen, does a great job with the staff And the smooth operation of the restaurant. Would like to specifically mention Taylor and Vanna. Both are old school waitresses. They remember your order from week to week. They are all about Customer Service. I always look forward to Monday because of the great food and the great service where we get treated like family.
