Went there for dinner with 6 people, I was surprised by the limited menu, the waiter was attentive, but the food was mediocre Italian at best . Doubt that we will return

Meatball appetizer lacked flavor, risotto balls appetizer were barely warm and also lacked flavor. Baked chicken parm with the mozzarella crown was great, but needed more sauce. The cocktails and service were both great. Overall it was a good experience.
Excellent service & food last night! Gavin was our server, he was great! He was efficient, funny & had great energy. The young man who made the table side mozzarella did a great job with a smile!
We had a wonderful happy hour and dinner. Jenna, our bartender and server did an amazing job! The appetizers and dinners were delicious. And there were 12 of us! Highly recommend pumpkin espresso martinis! Eggplant and ravioli were scrumptious! Must go!!!?
First visit since it became ITA Kitchen. Food was good, but place was pretty expensive $$. The service was good. We had no complaints.
I just hosted my daughter’s bridal shower this weekend at ITA. From the moment I contacted the event planner, Asia right through the clean up everything was top notch. The room was spectacular, the staff was accommodating and the food was awesome. They met all of our expectations and then some. If you have any question about booking this venue I would say just do it, they will not disappoint!!
They need to give up on the veal!!!! It was by far the worst veal I’ve ever had, the apps and the chicken was great but please stop serving the veal you have no business serving that it’s horrible!
I went here with my mom tonight expecting some good food. We got the meatball appetizer perfectly cooked but absolutely no seasoning not even salt. The pasta we got was ok nothing special. The drinks were way overpriced and they were offering drinks on the house to some people but did not offer us any… I don’t know what parameters they choose to pick who gets them but I felt that was a little rude. Also poop flies all over the wall. For a restaurant that expensive I definitely expected more.
Atmosphere is great. Service is good. ITA Spicy Rigatoni and tableside mozzarella are delicious. Reservations recommended as they're always crowded when I'm there.
Ajay was very attentive! Definitely recommend for drinks/food and especially service!

We had a wonderful lunch during the Italian Festival. We were a party of 12 and our waiter was very accommodating and friendly. Delicious food and plenty of it. Atmosphere just loevly.
6 of us went to ITA yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. Annemarie our server was absolutely spectacular & extremely attentive.. Jake came to our table a couple of times just to check in on us and made us feel important & cared for. The Food was great and large portions. A BIGThank you to Jacke & Annemarie for letting all 6 of us have a wonderful & Relaxing lunch. We will be coming back most definitely.. Keep doing what your doing.?????
Everything was awesome food and drink wise, however our server dropped the ball on one of the 5 of us for drink order and meal. Manager/Owner took excellent care of us and made it right but def factored into our overall experience.
My husband and I picked I T A kitchen for our 29th wedding anniversary dinner. He ordered a Patron Silver in the rocks but was given Don Julio. The waiter never let us know of the switch until we asked what it was bc it tasted different. Then tried to charge us for the Patron. I ordered the zucchini and clam sauce for my entree. What is was was a heap of spiralized zucchini and about 8 small clams. It was mediocre until I pulled a hair out of it which was not mine.
ITA was lovely. We were seated promptly and greeted quickly by our waitress, Samantha. The fresh mozzarella made table-side, and the young man who made it explained what he was doing, as he made it. It was fun to watch and it was delicious! There were multiple birthdays being celebrated, and the staff acknowledged the birthdays in a festive, but polite way (no obnoxious or embarrassing singing, thankfully). I highly recommend it. Everyone was very happy with their dinner choices, and we all came home with leftovers. Do make reservations, though, because the place filled up quickly by 5:30. You will enjoy it!
